The Cut & Strip Family E300 cuts and strips wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cable from 0.3 – 8.0 mm (0.012 – 0.31″) with cross-sections from 0.05 – 10 mm² (36 – 8 AWG).
The cut and strip machine series E300 processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as demanding insulation materials such as PVC, PUR, or Teflon. Standard applications include stripping the outer jacket in multiple steps, as well as full and partial stripping on either or both ends. Different belt materials and the short piece kit for shorter cables enable a wide range of applications.The E300 is equipped with a two-in-one quick-change feeding unit suitable for roller drives. The contact pressure on the feeding unit is programmable and ensures accurate transport of the cable. Predefined and verified default parameters support the quick creation of processing jobs. With the intuitive S.Drive software, special jobs and articles can also be created.
