PKP Series – High-Torque Stepper Motors for Precise Positioning
The PKP series features powerful 2-phase and 5-phase stepper motors, characterized by high torque, low vibration, and quiet operation. They are ideal for applications requiring high precision.
2-Phase Stepper Motors
• Basic step angle: 1.8°; M-type motors available with 0.9° basic step angle
• Higher torque thanks to optimized magnetic design
• Low vibration due to redesigned structure
• Frame sizes: 13, 20, 28, 35, 42, 56.4, and 85 mm
• Flat Type motors additionally available in 42 and 60 mm; also with Harmonic Drive® gearheads
• Neugart planetary gearheads (PLE) available for 42, 56.4, and 85 mm
• Encoder options standard: 200, 400, 1000 P/R; semi-standard options up to 4,000 P/R on request
• Spur gearheads (SH type) available
• Optional electromagnetic brake to hold loads in vertical applications
5-Phase Stepper Motors
• Basic step angle: 0.72°; M-type motors available with 0.36° basic step angle
• Finer step resolution with even lower vibration and noise
• Frame sizes: 20, 28, 42, 56.4, and 85 mm
• Encoder options standard: 500, 1000 P/R; semi-standard options up to 4,000 P/R on request
• Spur gearheads (SH type) available
