BÄR Automation is a medium-sized system integrator for future-oriented applications in robotics and mechatronics based in Gemmingen, Germany. Founded in 1972, BÄR Automation has established itself as one of the leading specialists in this area through consistent innovation management, capability, and flexibility. The company's expertise covers the entire value chain, from conception and design to manufacturing and installation of customized automation solutions. In addition to special-purpose machine construction, a further focus is on the development and production of driverless transportation systems for a wide range of applications in assembly, production, and logistics.

ConTrax® HybridNav
With ConTrax® HybridNav, BÄR Automation presents its first navigation software developed in-house for automated guided vehicles (AGVs). The solution was specifically designed for demanding industrial environments where flexibility, safety, and predictability are equally important—regardless of whether the project is a brownfield or greenfield project.
Module One AGV
The ConTrax® Module One from BÄR Automation is a modular, autonomous guided vehicle (AGV/AMR) for flexible material flows. It can carry up to 500 kg, navigates freely using SLAM, travels omnidirectionally, and lifts loads. Its modular design allows it to be combined with various superstructure and robotics modules depending on the application. Integrated energy management enables reliable 24/7 operation, allowing for the efficient automation of transport and production processes.

This enables seamless integration into existing and dynamically changing productions structures. In addition, our unique energy management system ensures 24/7 operation. TrolleyFlex Adapter
The ConTrax® TrolleyFlex Adapter by BÄR Automation is ideal for modernizing brownfield systems efficiently and flexibly - without high investment costs. It seamlessly integrates existing trolleys into automated transport systems. Functions such as height adjustment, flexible ball head coupling and the transport of trolleys with fixed castors optimize existing processes. The innovative coupling enables precise picking, omnidirectional pushing and moving, even on ramps. This significantly increases the efficiency of your logistics.
Forklift AGV
The ConTrax® Forklift AGV combines maximum maneuverability with minimum space requirements and meets the highest standards of efficiency and safety. It transports standardized pallets, even with floor edging, and enables precise transfers - even in narrow pallet aisles. Thanks to its omnidirectional chassis, it can navigate in all directions. The flexible width adjustment ensures tipping stability at high lifting heights, without counterweights, and guarantees reliable operation in every application.
