Electric cylinder CTC-060
Electric cylinder CTC-060 The Cyltronic electric cylinder CTC-060 is a spindle drive with integrated brushless motor and integrated servo controller. The cylinder essentially corresponds to a 32 standard pneumatic cylinder (ISO 15552) in terms of both its performance characteristics and length dimensions. It can be controlled in the same way as a 5/2-way pneumatic valve, and both monostable and bistable control can be implemented via a simple mode change. Forces of up to 800N are possible for short periods, the maximum speed is 600mm/s.
Linear axis CTL
Linear axis CTL The Cyltronic linear axis CTL contains a spindle drive with integrated brushless motor and integrated servo controller. The integrated guides promise easy integration for pusher applications. The platform at the front allows easy mounting of attachments or grippers. With optimized and expanded functions, it opens up new possibilities for more precise and efficient motion control.
DYNAMAG short stroke cylinders
The DYNAMAG short-stroke solenoid is the simplest solution for electrically implementing short strokes in machines. It is the result of a collaboration between the two innovative Swiss companies Cyltronic AG and Isliker Magnete AG. The integrated electronics in the DYNAMAG reduce the energy consumption in the end positions to a minimum. This allows high forces to be generated without the actuator becoming hot. Cycles of up to 250 cycles / minute can be achieved with the dynamic solenoid. The high forces of up to 32N can be offered in 4 stroke lengths of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. With the reverse stroke function, the forces can be applied both pulling and pushing without the need for a spring return. The highlight is the integrated end position sensors which transmit the end position signals directly to the control unit, thus ensuring cost-effective implementation.
IO-Link Servo Actuator CTR
The IO-Link servo motor with integrated servo controller enables you to implement rotary movements in your machine in the simplest way. Control via IO-Link allows you to specify position values, speed, acceleration and torque in real time! The outstanding simplicity of the drive is complemented by its compactness and versatility. The IO-Link servo motor enables the attachment of common servo gearboxes from various manufacturers. It also offers digital control options for simple forward and reverse movements. For simple forward and reverse movements, it is possible to control the drive via digital signals. The potentiometers on the drive can be used to set the torque limit and forward and reverse speeds separately.
