Iris aiOne
The Iris aiOne™ is a complete, all-in-one ecosystem designed to provide the most comprehensive view of your asset’s health. By combining our most advanced and ruggedized Iris MA™ camera with the TrueSight™ analysis engine built with computer vision and artificial-intelligence techniques for rotating machinery, industrial pumps, and critical piping, the Iris aiOne™ platform delivers actionable answers with clarity and speed. TrueSight™ automatically identifies assets, benchmarks them against industry standards, and supports integrating traditional accelerometers for inaccessible points or bearing condition analysis. This all-in-one solution provides the complete picture of motion, empowering your team to solve complex problems and make critical decisions with absolute confidence, nearly instantly. Insight is the key to making sure you draw the right conclusions. RDI’s patented algorithms leverage every single pixel of the camera as individual sensors. This allows our TrueSight™ software to measure the true motion and calculate the true values of every component visible in the frame, eliminating the blind spots and guesswork inherent in traditional single-point measurements. TrueSight™’s power extends beyond visualization; it is a complete analysis platform. It seamlessly connects traditional accelerometer data with our video, creating a powerful all-in-one solution. It also serves as the engine for all our advanced capabilities, from Modal analysis to Rotational diagnostics, all within one intuitive interface. By transforming this massive amount of full-field and sensor data into a single, clear, understandable report of your asset’s health, TrueSight™ delivers more than just data; it delivers the confidence that comes from genuine insight.

Iris M™: The world’s first non-contact Motion Amplification® software platform.
Iris M™ from RDI Technologies® is the first device of its kind that allows users to see - in real time - motion that is invisible to the human eye. The proprietary Motion Amplification® software lets you see the invisible. The Iris M platform from RDI Technologies monitors critical manufacturing operations, processes, quality and structural components that affect plant reliability and productivity. Iris M is a unique, revolutionary technology that detects subtle movement and converts that movement to a level visible with the naked eye. By turning every pixel in the camera into a sensor, Iris M takes millions of measurements in a fraction of a second. And it does this with no physical connection to your machinery or equipment. The Iris M technology platform delivers real-time video to users, enabling them to make instant decisions about manufacturing operations based on real data. The ability to visualize the entire process while retaining component level analysis makes Iris M the perfect tool for screening, fault finding, baseline or commissioning and pre/post repairs or retrofits. Every step of the way, Iris M provides specific information about the process or issues at the root of a quality problem. Iris M’s proprietary Motion Amplification® software produces easy to understand videos of the actual movement across your equipment or machinery which enables far more effective communication between technical and non-technical personnel, enhancing decision-making. Videos from the Iris M platform are produced within seconds of data collection. In other words, Iris M saves you time and money.

Iris CM™: The power of Motion Amplification® with the benefits of Continuous Monitoring.
RDI’s Motion Amplification® platform is a unique, revolutionary technology that detects subtle movement and converts movement to a level visible by the naked eye. By turning every pixel in the camera into a sensor, Iris CM™ takes millions of measurements in a fraction of a second. And it does this with no physical connection to your machinery or equipment. With Iris CM™, you now have the ability to see what is happening on your machines 24/7 even when you are away. Exclusive features are: • Scalable to any number of cameras. Monitor your entire process or facility with a network of cameras. • Each CM unit can communicate and trigger each other to provide synchronized video across multiple unit. • Quantify vibration, amplitude, frequency, and phase for anything visible in the recorded video. • Test and visualize your assets over periods of time for improved troubleshooting. • Multiple triggering options such as accelerometers, 4-20 mA sensor, and virtual camera measurements. Once configured, Iris CM can continuously monitor your asset with live Motion Amplification, trigger and store recordings, and provide all the data analysis of Motion Amplification software. Best of all, once you solve the problem with your asset, just move the system to the next asset and start all over. Solve your toughest problems, solve your intermittent problems, solve it with Iris CM.

Vibration & shock pulse analysis with HD ENV and HD SPM techniques.
Analysis of rotating machines assumes key importance, especially for machines that cause very expensive plant downtime. When the replacement of a bearing or coupling cannot be carried out during planned downtime, undesired plant downtime may occur. This is the case, for example, in paper mills, cement works, refineries, chemical plants, and food processing plants. And many more. Condition monitoring by means of vibration analysis, be it merely by analyzing the average RMS value, the FFT spectrum technique, or with the very advanced SPM HD or HD ENV techniques, can give an indication of the machine status. The more information available, the more accurate a detailed analysis is possible. The analysis of the machines with the Shock Pulse method, a method patented by SPM Instrument for several decades, allows us to accurately assess the state of the bearings and the lubrication status, even for very low-speed machines. Our expert technicians are Cat. III and Cat. IV certified as Vibration Analyst.

Modal Amplified™: The world’s first non-contact Modal Analysis system.
Modal Amplified™, a camera-based Modal Test and Analysis solution, enables a new shift from the time-consuming sensor mapping, placement, fixation, and animated modeling of typical Modal Testing to instant capture, visualization, and analysis on real-life structures. Modal Amplified leverages simultaneous measurement of the force input with the response measured directly from the camera. Users can not only immediately visualize the resulting modes shapes, but they can place an unlimited number of sensors across the structure through virtual regions of interests. This approach allows users to have Modal results in a matter of minutes, from capture to visualizing the modes shapes, complete with dozens, even hundreds of sensors measured across the structure. Rather than spend hours and days setting up a test site to determine what a structure theoretically could look like and how it might react using Modal Testing, camera-based Modal Amplified sets up in minutes, can be moved anywhere for multiple views, and instantly visualizes the actual real-life structure, significantly improving data capture, workflow, and cost for Modal solution users.

Iris Explorer™ Spot® Payload
Combining the mobility of Boston Dynamics’ Spot® with the exceptional visibility of RDI Technologies’ Motion Amplification®, the Iris Explorer™ Spot Payload allows industrial customers to take next-generation vibration analysis right to the asset in even the most remote or hazardous environments. Enterprise asset management programs now have a high volume, highly repeatable route-based vibration analysis solution with dynamic mobility and teleoperation capabilities. Measuring deflection, displacement, movement, and vibration not visible to the human eye autonomously, Iris Explorer minimizes risk, helps maintain compliance and increases asset ROI for improved asset reliability and performance.

Motor Testing MCA&ESA
Motor Testing is carried out to monitor the state of the electrical machines, to determine their condition and to identify in advance possible faults that could lead to production stops. Motor Testing can also be carried out to check electric motors that have just been purchased or repaired, to check the quality of the product or the effectiveness of the work done. Motor Testing can also be used to optimise energy consumption, so as to always use perfectly tuned equipment, limiting electrical consumption. “Offline” analysis (MCA) The Offline type of analysis, i.e. MCA Motor Testing is carried out on a de-energised motor, first from the main switchboard and then, if we have any doubts, from the terminal board. For an even more accurate result, in case of suspected anomaly, we can redo the test by moving the rotor slightly by hand. “Online” analysis (ESA) The type of analysis Online, i.e. ESA Motor Testing is carried out on an energised motor, from the electrical panel. This allows us to detect other types of defects in motors and electronic components. The advantage of this method: you do not have to stop the motor and so we can also check the inverter and the most important mechanical components.
