Torque tool tester
Torque measuring devices are used for the precise measurement, monitoring and analysis of mechanical torque in a wide range of technical applications. They are employed in production, quality control, research and development, and laboratory environments to reliably test mechanical connections, closures, tools or components. Modern systems offer high accuracy and support both static and dynamic measurements. They capture tightening, loosening and peak torque values (peak, first/second peak) and operate in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. Various measurement ranges and units allow optimal adaptation to different requirements, from very low to high torque levels. Typical features include digital display, statistical analysis functions, data storage and export capabilities. With interfaces such as USB, RS-232 or analog outputs, these devices can be easily integrated into test benches, software systems or documentation workflows. Torque measuring devices are available in different designs: portable handheld units, benchtop instruments for closure and packaging tests, or robust systems for tool and screw-driving analysis. Accessories such as grips, fixtures and custom adapters further expand their application flexibility. With their accuracy, ease of use and versatility, torque measuring devices provide reliable evaluation of products and processes. They help companies maintain quality standards, prevent errors and optimize technical workflows — making them an essential tool across many industrial sectors.

Force sensor
Force sensors are used to accurately measure tensile and compressive forces in a wide range of industrial and technical applications. They are essential components in test benches, machinery, quality assurance processes, and research and development. With their high precision and reliability, they enable controlled measurement of mechanical loads and provide the basis for safe, repeatable and well-documented testing. Modern force sensors use different measurement technologies, most commonly strain gauge technology, to convert even the smallest deformations into precise electrical signals. They come in various designs — compact compression sensors, S-beam load cells, inline sensors or low-profile miniature models — depending on installation conditions and measurement requirements. Typical features include high accuracy, linear output, strong overload protection and long-term stability. Many sensors can be combined with external amplifiers, indicators or software systems, allowing measurement data to be visualised, stored or integrated into automation workflows. Force sensors are used in industrial automation, mechanical testing, material testing, packaging technology, machine building, medical engineering and product development. They help companies maintain quality standards, optimise components and reliably measure critical loads. Thanks to their versatility, robustness and precision, force sensors are indispensable wherever forces need to be measured, monitored or analysed.

Torque sensor
Torque sensors are used to precisely measure mechanical torque in a wide range of industrial and technical applications. They detect the rotational force applied to a shaft or component and convert it into an electrical signal, enabling reliable monitoring, analysis and documentation of mechanical loads in test benches, machinery and development environments. Modern torque sensors are available in various designs, including reaction sensors for static measurements and rotary sensors for dynamic applications. Depending on the model, they measure torque in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions and capture steady or rapidly changing loads. Some sensors also measure speed or angular position, which is beneficial for power calculations and advanced drivetrain analysis. Typical characteristics include high accuracy, strong linearity, stable signal output and robust construction suitable for industrial use. Interfaces such as USB, analog or digital outputs allow easy integration with amplifiers, indicators or software systems, enabling data visualization, storage or direct use within automation workflows. Torque sensors are used in quality assurance, motor and gearbox test benches, mechanical engineering, screw-driving and assembly processes, as well as in research and development. They help companies optimize mechanical connections, improve process safety and efficiently monitor technical operations. With their precision, versatility and reliability, torque sensors are essential wherever torque must be measured, monitored or analysed.

Wire crimp pull tester
Cable pull- and tensile-test devices are used to precisely and repeatably measure the pull-off, tensile or holding force of cables, wires, crimped terminals, connectors or insulation components. They are essential tools in quality assurance, mechanical testing and material evaluation, and are widely used in production, cable assembly, automotive applications, electronics and laboratory environments. Modern systems apply a defined pulling motion — constant or controlled — while simultaneously capturing force and displacement. Motorized units can measure forces ranging from a few newtons to several kilonewtons. With graphical representation of force-displacement or force-time curves, pull-off behaviour, break force, material strength and connection quality can be assessed accurately. These devices are available in various configurations: compact benchtop models for series testing or crimp verification, motorized test stands for higher loads, handheld devices for simple tensile tests, or specialized systems for cable harness and connector inspections. Depending on the device, test parameters such as pull speed, test mode (tension, hold, break), measurement range or gripping fixtures can be adjusted to match the sample requirements. Cable pull- and tensile-testers play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, durability and compliance of mechanical and electrical connections. They provide documented measurement results, statistical evaluations and reliable test protocols — indispensable for quality standards and certification processes.
Automatic screw feeder
OHTAKE automatic screw feeders have a horizontal feed which reduces the risk of jamming. The screw feeders are available in different versions. For example, one version is especially suitable for feeding small diameter screws, while another version is suitable for feeding screws made of different materials with different shapes.

Portable electric screwdriver
Cordless screwdriving technology encompasses tools and systems designed for precise, efficient and reliable fastening operations in industrial, manufacturing and technical environments. These tools play a key role in ensuring secure joints, consistent assembly quality and reproducible results across series production, quality control and specialised assembly tasks. Modern solutions combine powerful, ergonomic cordless screwdrivers with intelligent control, monitoring and documentation functions. Typical features include torque and speed regulation, torque measurement and monitoring, real-time feedback, and interfaces for data acquisition and quality documentation. Depending on the application, various versions are available — compact hand tools for assembly tasks, screwdriving systems for series production, programmable electric screwdrivers with defined torque settings, or modular systems for automated screwdriving lines. Accessories such as bits, adapters, extensions or special holding fixtures significantly expand the range of applications. Cordless screwdriving technology is ideal for assembly, production, installation and maintenance — wherever fastening operations must be carried out quickly, safely and consistently. With their combination of precision, performance and ergonomics, these tools help companies increase efficiency, reduce assembly time and minimise error rates.
