The FORTEC Group is a leading provider of individual components and systems in the areas of display technology, embedded systems and power supplies and is the only company on the market that can combine this know-how to create integrated solutions. The opportunities that the FORTEC Group has through a combination of its strengths can be seen particularly well in the future market of Industry 4.0. We already offer intelligent power supplies that can be controlled and monitored using I2C or other interfaces. In addition, there are IoT Compact Panels with Rasperry PI modules, which provide a perfect basis for Industry 4.0 applications. That's a start. For the future, we see broad areas of application in building and production automation as well as the smart grid.
The FORTEC Group, founded in 1984, combines the strength of a listed growth company with the flexibility of a medium-sized company. Our organization is decentralized; FORTEC Elektronik AG, based in Germering near Munich, acts as a holding company and drives internationalization. We are now represented with our own locations and subsidiaries in Austria, Great Britain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the USA.
In 2020, the Grow Together strategy was developed to grow together into a global partner for unlimited technology solutions. The first major visible step towards this was taken in July 2023. Since then, the subsidiaries have gradually merged to form the FORTEC brand. The companies each receive a descriptor to distinguish them.

FORTEC Switzerland AG (formerly ALTRAC AG) is one of the first specialized electronics importers to have been a distributor of Standard solutions for power supplies (AC/DC and DC/DC converters from 0.25W to 1 megawatt), displays (LCD & TFT) and embedded.
In addition, FORTEC Switzerland AG also offers customer-specific products and systems developed in-house. Thanks to our deep understanding of standards and technical requirements in medicine, industry, test & measurement, MIL, space, transport, rail, coffee machines or POS systems, we provide engineers with comprehensive specialist support during design-in. This saves customers considerable time to market and, thanks to the right product selection, also saves costs in the long term.

Fire protection monitor BLO-Line®
Only FORTEC produces monitors according to the highest fire protection class A1 - now also with UHD panel Strict fire protection regulations apply in publicly accessible areas. Anyone who wants to use digital information systems in these places must ensure that the monitors do not pose a fire hazard. Only FORTEC offers non-flammable monitors according to the highest fire protection class A1. In 2024, this product won the Feuertrutz Award in the field of structural fire protection as Product of the Year. In the event of a fire, our BLO-Line® monitors and steles neither produce smoke gas nor contribute to the fire load - just like concrete and stone. The BLO-Line® is ideal for publicly accessible buildings and even for escape and rescue routes. In contrast to other manufacturers, the BLO-Line® offers this protection without a thick, heavy fire protection housing or active ventilation and can therefore be elegantly integrated into existing room concepts and is more energy efficient. For higher demands, there is now the BLO-Line® with 4K/UHD panels, such as the innovative 55" stele. With these new panels, the information on the monitors is even more noticeable for passers-by and customers, high brilliance and clarity of the display is combined with the highest level of security. In addition, the series can be configured with a PCAP touchscreen, IoT module or integrated PC and is compatible with all FORTEC software options. Traffic areas in public buildings must be dimensioned for the people who require the most space. A BLO-Line® monitor with a depth of 8 cm makes it much easier for planners to comply with standards than a monitor with an outer housing and at least 22 cm depth.

PRO-Series - the compact gold standard
The PRO series is the result of our many years of experience in the display and embedded sectors and combines the latest features in an extremely robust and compact monitor series. The ultra-flat design and the integrated 10-finger PCAP touchscreen create an elegant, versatile all-rounder. The POS-RP-PRO monitors are controlled via the FORTEC-Artista-IoT TFT controller, which is based on the Raspberry Pi with the CM3+ compute module. Users can use this to easily program their own applications or use one of the numerous operating systems supported by Raspberry Pi. The panel PCs in the POS-IQ-PRO series are based on a powerful Intel® x86 Pentium® CPU and support a wide voltage input range from 12 to 24 volts. They have the interfaces 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 4x USB 3.0, HDMI, DisplayPort and RS-232/422/485, as well as 4 GB RAM and an SSD for industrial use with 64 GB storage. Now also available with Android 13 OS. The PRO devices are encased in an ultra-flat housing made of polished stainless steel, which offers front-facing IP65 protection against dust and jet water. This means they can easily withstand the high demands of harsh industrial environments. Our reference can be equipped with many innovative options such as hover touch or gesture control. The four basic variants of the PRO monitors are available in sizes from 7" to 15.6" (17.78 to 39.62 cm) and offer you an optimal solution for every application area - ready to connect and CE-certified.

BoxPC-PRO NPA 2009 - docks where others give up
High speed and high resolution: BoxPC with V-by-One and eDP interface Fortec Integrated presents robust and low-maintenance BoxPC-Pro NPA-2009 for information terminals, medical technology and transportation As one of the leading German specialists for industrial TFT flat screens, embedded products and edge system solutions, Fortec Integrated is presenting another innovative product: The BoxPC-Pro NPA-2009 offers the option of directly connecting high-resolution V-by-One and/or eDP TFT displays. Areas of application for the NPA-2009 are all applications that require high-resolution displays with a high frame rate and high color depth, such as automation, medical technology, transportation and many more. The trend for industrial TFT displays is towards higher resolutions, Full HD is increasingly being replaced by 4K. The LVDS interface is not well suited to transmitting such large amounts of data, so high-resolution TFT displays are usually equipped with V-by-One or eDP interfaces, which have a significantly higher bandwidth. With V-by-One, the signals are transmitted at high speed via a cost-effective, standardized cable, which also has better EMC values than an LVDS cable. To make it easy to connect TFT displays with V-by-One or eDP interfaces, Fortec Integrated has developed the BoxPC Pro NPA-2009. It is based on an industrial mainboard with the 11th generation Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E embedded processor and can easily handle computationally intensive applications. All Tiger Lake processors are characterized by high long-term availability, economical power consumption and low latency and are suitable for permanent 24/7 operation. TFT displays can be connected and controlled directly to the BoxPC via V-By-One and eDP. Parallel operation of several TFT displays – for example V-by-One and eDP – is also possible.

POS-Line - modular and flexibly configurable monitors
Flexibility for use in a wide range of applications and situations was the defined design goal for this line. FORTEC's over 20 years of experience in the manufacture of industrial display systems have been incorporated into the development of the monitor series. POS-Line monitors are perfectly suited for use in the field of industrial control and order processing, as well as for use in production halls for process visualization or corporate communication. The POS-Line monitors with screen diagonals from 38.1 cm (15") to 163.9 cm (64.5") are particularly suitable for harsh environmental conditions and can be used both as open frame built-in monitors and - with a frame - as desktop or wall monitors. There are also other frame systems such as TrueFlat glass or a front panel for easy front installation. Protective glass is also available in every diagonal for security in public areas. The monitors offer a wide range of interface options and are optionally available with touch or can be equipped with a PC. The monitors in the POS-Line series offer a flexible modular system and can be used not only as open-frame built-in monitors but also as desktop or wall monitors with various frame options. For example, the TrueFlat glass or a TrueFlat touch, with appropriate sealing by the customer between the front and the wall/housing on the front, provide IP65 protection and a particularly elegant design, or the front panel ensures easy installation. As an example with an integrated PC: The POS-Line 31.5 IQ Core-i5 Panel PC is based on a powerful Intel® Core™-i5-7300 (2.6GHz~3.5GHz) with integrated graphics card, 8GB DDR4 RAM and 120GB M.2Sata hard drive. This panel PC is suitable for demanding applications.

EDGE AI systems
Edge AI refers to the integration and execution of artificial intelligence (AI) directly at the "edge", i.e. at the edge of the network. The data is therefore processed close to the data sources, instead of sending this data to remote data centers or clouds for processing. This technology makes it possible to process data in real time where it is generated. With Edge AI, answers can be delivered almost instantly because AI algorithms can process data closer to the device's location. Benefits of Edge AI systems for you: Less energy consumption: Local data processing and lower energy requirements for running AI at the edge compared to cloud data centers save you energy costs. WATERPROOF TOUCH
PCAP touchscreens are equipped with a network of electrodes (metal mesh, silver nanowire, ITO) that build up (project) an electromagnetic field that also reaches through protective glass. If this field changes at one point due to touch with a finger or a stylus, the touch position is calculated and forwarded to the controller. Drag & drop, zooming, rotating or scrolling using gesture control are also possible. The glass surface makes PCAP touchscreens particularly scratch-resistant and can be cleaned with all cleaning agents - an important advantage in hygienically sensitive areas. With special protective glass, the touchscreens are vandal-proof and can be used in public areas. The number of touch points can vary, however, depending on the thickness of the protective glass used. PCAP touchscreens are perfect for modern true flat designs, such as smartphones or tablet PCs, and thus ensure an attractive device design. We are also happy to offer you the touchscreens optically bonded as a unit with a protective glass and/or a TFT display. We carry PCAP touchscreens from our own series and from DMC in sizes from 1.77" to 86" (4.5cm to 218.44cm).

MOOVair - Wireless Charging Systems
Delta MOOVairwireless charging systems are revolutionary, low maintenance, high efficiency products ideal for charging batteries in AGV/AMRs and all kinds of industrial electric vehicles. Technology Delta has advanced the industrial wireless charging technology through a third-party licensing agreement, leveraging own extensive expertise in power supplies to introduce the cutting-edge MOOVair Wireless Charging System Series. It consists of a primary unit for AC connection and a secondary unit for connection to the vehicle battery. Delta MOOVair 01 Wireless Charging System initiates charging automatically and boasts wall plug to battery efficiency at up to 92 - 93%. The built-in CANopen and Ethernet connectivity enables integration with smart warehouse or factory management systems for improved visibility of the charging data. The Delta MOOVair 01 and 03 Wireless Charging System are the must-have to smartify your industrial vehicles in the Industry 4.0 era. EXAMPLE MOOVAIR 3.3 kW Charge Wisely, Charge Wirelessly Delta’s MOOVair 3.3 kW Wireless Charging System is designed for AGVs, AMRs, and other industrial e-vehicles to charge wirelessly. By installing its charging units on the vehicles and the desired charging locations respectively, the wireless charging system eliminates the manual plug-and-pull charging process and makes unmanned operation possible. The wireless charging system does not have any contactors, and therefore does not require downtime for maintenance. Most importantly, the wireless charging system’s power efficiency rivals, if not outperforms, wired charging at up to 95% from wall plug to battery.

LFM series - robust, small, fanless, high efficiency Power
FORTEC is expanding its product portfolio for medical, industrial and household applications with the LFM series from Cincon. The ultra-compact power supplies offer impressive outputs of 200 to 750 W in a compact form factor and a height of just 1 inch (25.4 mm), making the series ideal for applications with limited space. The series includes variants with 200 W, 300 W, 420 W, 550 and 750 W output, various output voltages between 12 and 54 V DC and is each certified according to the highest safety standards, either according to the medical standard (IEC/EN/UL 60601-1) or according to the industrial standard (IEC/EN/UL 62368-1). The high efficiency of up to 94.5% and extremely low power consumption in standby mode ensure efficient operation. The LFM series uses innovative contact cooling that ensures efficient heat dissipation. The direct thermal coupling to a suitable cooling surface significantly reduces the internal temperature and enables reliable and long-lasting operation. Contact cooling eliminates the need for fans and thus reduces the probability of failure and noise. In addition, the power supplies in the LFM series are partially encapsulated, which offers additional robustness and protection against environmental influences such as moisture and dust. The power supplies in the LFM series are designed for reliable operation in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +80 °C. They offer protection functions against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature and meet the low EMC limits according to EN 55011 (medical variant) or EN 55032 (industrial variant) Class B. The medical variants LFM200M to LFM750M also meet the requirements of 2xMOPP, while the industrial variants LFM200S to LFM750S comply with overvoltage category III (OVC III) and the household standard EN 60335-1.

FORCE-GT DRF series
The Force-GT Series DIN rail industrial power supply features high power density and high efficiency. The Series offers overcurrent protection in constant current mode, making it suitable for charging applications. IP 65 Monitor High Bright 10.1"
A small all-rounder makes a big impression The 10.1 high-bright monitor has 1500 nits brightness and a touch option. But that's not all. It also has an IP65 housing and, if required, an integrated computer. The FHD industrial monitor reacts to changing ambient brightness with automatic dimming. This means that the device can be operated without restrictions regardless of the lighting conditions. The monitor has a large number of interfaces, including a USB Type-C interface that can transmit both video signals and touch functions, making cabling easier. The USB-C cable has an anti-drop coating. For the IP65-compliant version, there is a waterproof and dustproof extension cable with two different options for HDMI or VGA connections.
