Inductive ring sensors monitor material flow in feeding technology
nductive ring sensors are used in feeding technology to detect metallic parts such as screws or nuts as they are transported through tubes. Objects are identified at speeds of up to 35 m/s, regardless of their size. This enables precise counting and efficient flow control. Blockages, standstills or incorrect conveyance (no part or several parts at once) can be reliably detected.

IO-Link DX module with digital inputs/outputs
The AutomationLine DX module offers 8 ports that can be individually configured as digital inputs or outputs (2 per port).

Safety encoders for mobile machines
Whether in municipal vehicles, in AGVs in intralogistics, or in AMRs for heavy-duty use in mines or harbours: Wherever vehicles or superstructures are moved automatically, the safety must be guaranteed at all times. The safety encoder from ifm can be used to precisely record the position, angle and speed values of moving elements such as axles, crane arms or tipping skips.

Dynamic inclination sensors with IO-Link
The JBC dynamic inclination sensor offers an innovative solution for accurate angle measurement, even in the event of disturbances such as a vehicle starting or braking, or vibrations and shocks. The device detects acceleration and rotation in three dimensions, as well as temperature data. By filtering out motion disturbances, the Kalman filter ensures accurate inclination values even in the most dynamic of applications.

New generation of OGD distance sensors

The new generation of ecomatBasic controllers
The new generation of ecomatBasic controllers has everything you need in terms of performance and flexibility to reliably control mobile machines. In addition to a controller for standard applications, the ecomatBasic also offers a separate controller for safety-related functions. With up to 16 multifunctional inputs and outputs each, the controller is designed to meet any customer-specific requirement – especially as the computing power has been more than doubled compared to the first generation. Utilising this extra performance and the convenience of CODESYS 3.5 in existing machines is easy: The dimensions of the CR403S are identical to those of the BasicController series.

O2U5: two vision sensors in one
The O2U5 provides the user with almost unlimited combination possibilities in 2D inspection. Surfaces and contours of objects can now be analysed simultaneously with QR or bar codes. For example, the QR code can be used to check whether the component actually corresponds to the order, while at the same time the contour and surface analysis allows for performing the final quality control before installation.

Electronic manometer with LED visualisation
Discover the redesigned PG electronic pressure gauge from ifm – combining proven pressure measurement technology with state-of-the-art LED visualization. The multicolour LED display provides a clear indication of pressure ranges, switching points, and trend curves, replacing error-prone mechanical pointers with durable, maintenance-free LEDs. Equipped with a robust ceramic measuring cell, the device offers excellent resistance to pressure spikes and meets the highest hygiene standards, as it operates without oil as a pressure transmission medium. The integrated IO-Link interface adds smart features such as display optimization, sensor diagnostics, and temperature monitoring – making it the perfect choice for applications in the food and beverage industry.

G1/2 pressure sensor
Wherever highly viscous or abrasive media such as adhesives, sealants or glue are conveyed through pipes under exact and high pressure, the compact G 1/2 pressure transmitter PL15 is the ideal choice. The flush design provides no dead space for media to adhere to, effectively preventing clogging of the pipe. The ceramic measuring cell also resists extreme pressure peaks and permanently withstands abrasive contents such as glass balls or other solid particles.

VVB as 3-axis vibration sensor with IO-Link
he VVB30x continuously detects the vibrations in three measurement axes and uses them to calculate proven indicators for evaluating the machine condition. This provides the user with information on fatigue (v-RMS), mechanical friction (a-RMS), impacts (a-Peak) and bearing wear (Crest). The surface temperature is also transmitted as an additional wear indicator.

Calibration check technology: the temperature sensor that checks itself
Thanks to the improved inline calibration process, the TCC achieves an accuracy of ± 0.2 K across the entire measuring range. This makes it perfectly suited for use in temperature-sensitive processes such as food, rubber or carbon processing. Besides, the TCC ensures a smooth process and a high product quality by permanently monitoring its own reliability. If the sensor deviates from the individually defined tolerance values or in the event of a sensor malfunction, it provides a corresponding signal via the clearly visible LED and the diagnostic output.

Innovative AI camera for person and collision protection

The O3M AI offers precise person detection and collision protection in real time.
