Modular Process Automation Metal
Our daily task is to customize our loading and unloading systems for metal machines. Many of our customers are looking for automation solutions that help them to manage their production challenges while ensuring a high degree of flexibility. Therefore, we are able to easily add new functions and processes to our robot cells. The basic functions of the loading and unloading systems are complemented by a modular automation kit. Process stations such as demagnetizing, cleaning, checking, measuring and packaging can be flexibly selected from this modular system. - More than 150 robot cells in use in 3-shift operation - Inner and outer diameter and concentricity measurements with a resolution of 0.0001 mm possible - Individual loading and unloading systems can also be implemented

Measuring and Testing Technology
