INTAX® - Linear motor axis with integrated servo controller
New paths are created by walking them. The groundbreaking performance of this newly developed linear motor stage is characterized by its integrated compactness, achieved through the seamless incorporation of the servo controller, wiring, and cable management. This leap in design efficiency sets a new standard for miniaturization, enabling designers to construct machines and automated systems that are more compact and space-efficient. In contrast to traditional timing belts and spindle drives, this directly driven linear motor stage offers greater precision, speed, and quiet operation The axis includes Ethernet bus coupling with various protocols and connects directly to the PLC. Together with the PLCopen libraries, the axis can now be easily moved in Cyclic synchronised mode or Profile position mode. With the connection to the 12V DC supply the axis is immediately ready for operation. The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without prior referencing. Forceteq® Force Measurement Technology
Forceteq® pro: Connect DMS load cell, set sensitivity, that’s all! With Forceteq® pro you can very easily integrate a commercially available DMS load cell from Burster, Kistler or Futek into your application. With the sensor you typically also receive a test report with the value of the sensitivity in [mV/V]. This value is individual for each sensor. Precise force measurement has never been easier First connect the 4 wires of the DMS load cell to the Signateq® measuring amplifier (solder). The Signateq® measurement amplifier is connected to the XENAX Xvi 75V8S servo drive. In the menu “Load Cell” the value of the sensitivity of the force sensor can be entered. Because of the very good linearity of DMS load cells, you can achieve an accuracy of <=0.5% over the complete load range of the sensor. Typically, calibration of the measuring range is no longer necessary. To be on the safe side, you can verify the forces very easily with a commercial weigh scale. The force value is now directly available in the XENAX® servo controller and does not have to be transmitted by external control electronics. This enables the shortest cycle times. In addition, the external control electronics can be saved.

ROTAX® Rxhq 110-50T1.5 M16 Compact Hollow Shaft Motor
The direct drive developed in-house impresses with its flat design, compact external dimensions and a hollow shaft with a diameter of 50mm. Cables, vacuum or compressed air lines, light and laser beams, glass fibers or camera lenses can thus be easily guided through the hollow shaft. The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without previous referencing. With a resolution of 120'000 inc. per revolution, repeatability of ± 11arcsec can be achieved. The single-cable connection can be supplied in right-hand or left-hand output configuration. Together with the patented “Force Calibration” function, undesired cogging, weight and friction forces of the ROTAX® Rxhq direct drives can be easily compensated. This makes it possible to specify, limit and monitor forces in processes. Together with the Forceteq® basic technology included in the XENAX® servo controller, complete force/distance diagrams can be recorded - an additional torque sensor is not necessary. LINAX® Lxs F120 - bigger, stronger, more efficient
The Lxs Shuttle linear motor stages, designed for travel distances up to 2'000 mm, feature a "recessed" linear motor design and a height of only 45mm for the Lxs F120 model. A new, more potent motor is incorporated, boasting a nominal force of 120N and peak performances up to 300N. More robust guides facilitate the absorption of high force moments from transverse cantilever axes. The innovative single-cable solution simplifies installation and maintenance, while the absolute measurement system, which no longer requires a reference run, makes operation more efficient. All the LINAX® Lxs linear motor stage can be controlled with the latest, more powerful XENAX® Xvi 75V8S servo controller.

Linax® Lxu F60S Linear Motor Axis
Lxu = Universal F60S The new version of the LINAX® Lxu F60S is designed as a versatile linear motor solution, now featuring an efficient single-cable solution and an absolute measuring system. USPs: - Single-cable solution - allows for easy installation and reduced wiring effort. - Absolute measuring system - no reference required. - Three mounting options - can be mounted in the carriage, base plate, or end plate with the Lxu flange. - Versatile configurations - four through-holes in the carriage enable back-to-back mounting of two LINAX® Lxu carriages, ideal for X-Z handling. - Integrated weight compensation - available for vertical arrangements.

Linax® Lxs F60S Linear Motor Stage
Lxs = Shuttle F60S The LINAX® Lxs was designed for longer travel distances. In the new, revised version, all collected experiences have been incorporated, making the F60S even more powerful. USPs: - Single-cable solution - easy installation and reduces wiring effort. - Absolute measuring system - no referencing required. - Larger and widely spaced guides - for maximum stability, higher moment absorption, and load capacity. - Compact height - only 38mm thanks to the "recessed" linear motor.

ROTAX® RXHQ 110-50T4.0 Compact Hollow Shaft Motor
Rxhq = high torque The direct drive developed in-house impresses with compact external dimensions and a hollow shaft with a diameter of 50mm. Cables, vacuum or compressed air lines, light and laser beams, glass fibers or camera lenses can thus be easily guided through the hollow shaft. The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without previous referencing. With a resolution of up to 2'592'000 Inc per revolution, repeatability of ± 1 arc-sec can be achieved. The single-cable connection can be supplied in right-hand or left-hand output configuration. Together with the patented “Force Calibration” function, undesired cogging, weight and friction forces of the ROTAX® Rxhq direct drives can be easily compensated. This makes it possible to specify, limit and monitor forces in processes.
