Arm-mounted Panel PC HMI featured a full IP65-rated enclosure for maximum protection and a wide array of customizable button options to enhance functionality for automation operation panel applications, integrated with RAFI® BUTTON and Rittal® CP40 Swing ARM, support 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i5. Nodka Industrial Operation Panel offers robust and versatile solutions for industrial automation environments. The latest version of Operation Panel is a highly-integrated and stylish design with user-defined function RAFI® BUTTON for interchangeable colored lenses and various switch types, enhancing functionality and user interaction. Those key switches and an integrated E-stop button provide exceptional user-friendly functional experience during operation. The latest Operation Panel, integrated with UPS, equips with a wide range of connectors. It can be widely used in all kinds of machine tools, such as automobile manufacturing, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical machinery and other automatic equipment, testing equipment and human-computer interaction equipment. Industrial Operation Panels are available either with a projected capacitive touch screen monitor (IDP59 series) or with additional PC system (ICP69 series). ICP69 series support NODKA COMLAC INSIDE design. Interfaces has option 2 Intel gigabit RJ45 ports, 4 USB and 2 RS232/485 ports. Real-time Automation PC - NP series
The NP series of ultra-compact Industrial Automation PC combines maximum computing power with compact format. The NP series equipped with the latest Intel processor, in different performance from Intel Celeron quad-core to Intel® Core™ 6th-11th generation i3, i5, i7, i9 Pentium, Celeron and LGA1151/LGA1200 processors with 8 cores, for 10+ years life cycle. Flexible and Modular Design NP series includes control cabinet PCs that support a variety of real-time operating systems and extensions, and are powered by a range of Intel® processors and diverse I/O options. It also features fanless IPCs for energy-efficient operations, EtherCAT I/O modules for high-speed real-time communication, a supercapacitor UPS for power backup, and HDBaseT transmitters for long-distance, high-quality display connectivity. Scalable Performance and Customization Flexibility The COMLACTM SoM design architecture Nodka supports easy upgrades and customization, offering a variety of expansion slots for additional peripherals, which helps in tailoring the system to specific industrial needs. These PCs range from Intel® Celeron® for basic tasks to Core™ i9 processors for intensive applications. Real-time OS Compatibility Automation PC compatibility with real-time operating systems (RTOS) like INtime, VxWorks, RTX, EC-Win, Windows or Linux with real-time extensions, enables precise control and synchronization essential for demanding industrial applications. Comprehensive Fieldbus Support The EtherCAT support enhances the real-time capabilities significantly. Automation PC can control a network of EtherCAT slave devices, like I/O modules, with high precision and minimal latency. PROFIBUS for connecting industrial controllers and I/O devices, CANopen for machinery, Modbus for industrial devices and PROFINET for complex applications and integration into industrial Ethernet networks.

Through flexible combination among the different panel sizes and Box PC, customer could get various solution, and replace system or upgrade the platform without changing cabinet design, which is convenient to product maintenance, replacement, production and upgrade in the future.These panels support a broad spectrum of processors from Intel x86 to ARM, along with multiple configurations for serial ports, DIO, GbE, LTE, and extensive storage options, ensuring high performance and scalability for industrial automation applications. Stainless Multi-touch Waterproof Panel PC/Monitor
Nodka Stainless steel Multi-touch Panel PC/Monitor is designed to meet the challenges in critical environments, offering centralized control, high reliability, enhanced performance, real-time data processing, scalability, data integration, reduced downtime, energy efficiency, safety enhancements, and robust connectivity, all tailored for efficient, flexible, and reliable automation and process control. It supports a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 60°C and can withstand vibration. The rugged stainless touch panel PC, combined with a full IP69K rated water/dust-proof enclosure and 6 x M12-type connectors, can resist ingress of high-temperature steam and pressure washing, well suited for food and chemical industry, as well as outdoor applications such as gas station or parking management system. Nodka Stainless steel series products has been tested strictly by our own certificated laboratory. The tests included: high/low temperature humidity test, tumbling test, drop test, general vibration test, EMC safety test, water resistance test and impact test. The stainless design protects all connections and cables against contamination and chemical influences. Nodka Stainless Multi-touch product series is control and operating devices that meet strict hygiene requirements, which is quite important in the pharmaceutical, agriculture, food, beverage and chemical industries.
