OA5 Flexible device for external seal assembly
Place the seal ring, press the button, insert the component – done. A different component? The OA 5 can be converted in less than a minute and is ideal for assembling external seal rings. Perfect for high product variety, small batch sizes, and special designs such as rectangular rings or double rings.
OA8 Reliable and cost-effective fitting of various seals to one component
Multiple seals on a single component: we have a solution for these specific applications too. Whether it’s one seal or several, sealing rings, moulded seals or something completely different. Ergonomic, efficient and gentle on the material.
OA290 Semi-automatic external seal assembly
Let the features speak for themselves: automatic ring feeding via vibratory bowl feeder, integrated ring singulation and provisioning, active assembly sleeve, and activation by the operator through the workpiece. With the OA 290, you get a semi-automatic system that is not only fast and reliable but also easily adaptable to new components – an investment that pays off!
OA Rota Twist-free assembly of challenging cord shapes
Using the Rota principle, we expand and fit the seal by means of a rotary movement. Only once the seal is properly seated in the groove do the fingers strip off and retract, thereby effectively preventing the seal from rolling or twisting entirely.
OI10 Internal Seal Assembly Cartridge
Two hand movements, one pneumatic stroke – securely assembled! As a purely pneumatic device, the OI 10 assembles seal rings effortlessly and extremely quickly into internal grooves, undercuts, and steps. Even hard-to-reach assembly situations pose no problem.
OI10-250/400 Semi-automatic machine for fitting internal seals
Position the part in front of the assembly cartridge: the machine takes care of the rest. Our OI 10 semi-automatic machines enable you to process large volumes with high reliability and in a fully ergonomic manner! This makes internal assemblies a breeze. Feeding systems for seals and other components
We are able to feed dry seals, seals coated with lubricants, and seals that become highly statically charged. We also offer component feeders specially designed for our customers’ parts. Feeding hoppers, separators and feeders are manufactured entirely in-house.
