About us
Founded in 1964 the company focused on the sale of cable shoes, wire-end ferrules and cable connectors as well as the special tools required for their processing. There later followed supplementary in-house developments. Since the early 1960s, the product range for the electrical wholesale trade, the demands of industry and switch cabinet construction has been constantly expanded in close collaboration with CEMBRE. Today, for example, cable glands und cable protection products have become industry standard – as has our own cable-labelling system with a wide product range for industrial labelling. In our in-house calibration and service centre we calibrate and repair all tools supplied by us. Pull-out tests in combination with a microsection analysis are also part of our service.
In addition to the large number of direct panel components, Otto Schoch AG supplies various solutions
for marking and industrial identification of control panels, terminals, modular components and control cabinets. The thermal transfer printers enable the rapid marking of cables and other elements
requiring identification. The range of products is particularly extensive for the control and switchboard construction sector. Therefore we are able to satisfy the different requirements of the individual application areas in the best possible way.

Thermal transfer printer MARKINGenius MG3
The Markingenius® MG3 is a high resolution printer based on thermal transfer technology, capable of producing tags for cables, pipes and tubes; terminal block markers and legends and labels for all electrical panels, components and equipment. Markingenius® MG3 will reproduce Clipart images, drawings, barcodes and bitmaps down to very small sizes. Compact, ergonomic, clean and quiet Markingenius® MG3 may be conveniently located in an office, like any other computer peripheral. Each monochrome ribbon can print more than 300.000 MG-TPMF 4x10 mm cable tags with full printable surface coverage. Carriage loading and unloading operations are rapid; support templates are easily interchanged and as the pigment deposited from the ribbon dries instantaneously, printed sheets are immediately ready to use.
Thermal transfer printer for heat-shrinkable tubing Rolly2000TR1
The ROLLY2000 TR1 is designed to optimise printing TERMO-ROLL heat-shrinkable tubing and particularly suitable for intensive use of this material in ladder format on a reel.
Cross Cutting Machine LC-160
Cutting wires, cables and tubes with the LC 100 offers a considerable saving potential. The front safety cover is simply opened by pressing a button. After the insertion of the material, both the measuring rollers and the transport rollers are automatically adjusted onto the diameter whilst closing the cover. Enter the required length and the number of pieces and the production can start. With the provided software it is possible to improve production as repeat cutting orders can be processed on the PC and transferred to the LC 100.
Wire Stripper CS-100
The new CS-100 strips stranded wires up to 10mm². With various setting options, various requirements can be carried out flexibly and precisely. Pre-settings can also be saved manually or called up even more easily using a barcode reader.
Stripper and Crimper MC-40-1
The MC 40-1 provides efficient processing of loose wire end sleeves with plastic collars in different lengths. This version requires no special tooling length adjustment. It is simply done by a thumb wheel. The machine features a high level of reliability and flexibility. The use of premium components in combination with a robust construction ensures reliable operation. Cross-sections can be changed quickly with just a few hand movements. After the wire end sleeves have been changed in the conveyor bowl, only the cross-section-specific receptacle still just needs to be snapped in and then production can continue.
Stripper and Crimper MC-25
MC 25 combines stripping and crimping for ferrules to one work step. The device is controlled via an ingenious curve mechanism that achieves a more reliable work process. Change the cross-section with just a few hand movements. These features make the MC 25 an essential aid in the processing of wire end sleeves.
Electric Crimper EC-65
The Electric Crimper EC-65 allows crimping a wide variety of different contacts. The crimping process is actuated by foot switch. Both hands are free to insert the contact into the crimping die. The contact can be retained before crimping process starts just by selecting the additional two-step operating mode. This simplifies the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids faulty crimps. The width of the opening of the die is adjustable in 5 steps. The die can be easily changed with just a few hand movements. For individual requirements, we manufacture crimping dies to customer's specifications. On request we create a sectional view of the crimped contact for quality assurance.
Pneumatic Crimper AC
The AC Pneumatic Crimper processes wire end sleeves quickly without tiring you out. An ideal alternative to hand crimpers that relieves joints and tendons. The AC 25/40/100 models are light and handy and are perfectly suited to switch cabinet buidling. The additional front die for the AC 25 allows to crimping in very cramped locations. The AC 25T/40T/100T bench models are equipped with their own foot switch. Both hands are thus free to fit the conductors into the wire end sleeves. Thanks to the sturdy polyamid housing, the devices are equal to any rough industrial task.
Autotool CPK Hybrid
The Autotool CPK is an electrically operated and automated bundling system designed to speed up tying and make production more efficient. The Autotool CPK is characterised by its easy handling and user-friendly ergonomics. It has a display for settings and user information in 20 languages. A special feature of the Autotool CPK is the "HT Data Management CPK" software. This application allows easy parameterisation of the tool for your application conveniently via a computer. With the software, numerous binding and cutting functions can be selected. For example, it is possible to set a defined loop diameter or also a desired tape projection. The "tension-free cutting" function was specially developed for tying on a very flexible bundle (e.g. on silicone cables). The "HT Data Management CPK" also offers an export function for the stored production data, as well as other service functions. This ensures complete documentation for every single tie of the Autotool CPK. The Autotool CPK is ideally suited for processing large quantities, e.g. in cable assembly, the automotive industry, industrial plants or the packaging sector. With the CPK mounting device or the CPK hanging device, the Autotool CPK is suitable for both stationary and flexible use. By using the optional power supply unit CPK with control box, the Autotool CPK can be integrated into fully automated production lines via a serial interface. Thanks to the removable handle, it takes up little installation space. Tape chains with 50 cable ties each or spools with 3,500 cable ties each can be processed.
Cable entry system KDS

The KDSClick cable entry system offers maximum flexibility and time savings in terms of cable management on control cabinets, enclosures and machines, as well as secure sealing and strain relief for prefabricated and non-prefabricated cables - with and without connectors.
Stud connection system HSK
The latest generation CONTA-CLIP HSK stud terminal range offers secure connections for all applications where energy is transmitted. Depending on the conductor cross-section 16-300mm², stud terminals with M5 to M12 threaded bolts can be used.
GSM-PRO2 monitoring module
With the GSM-PRO2 series CONTA-CLIP offers a 4G telecontrol and remote maintenance solution to monitor and control decentralized systems or plants. The GSM-PRO2(E) module informs the user when the process has reached a certain status or limit. Digital and/or analog input values are transmitted via SMS or e-mail. For a decentralized control room or for the responsible service technician there is the possibility to switch the digital relay outputs via SMS. In this way, the process can be monitored and controlled decentrally. Monitoring and control of the GSMPRO2(E) module is greatly simplified by the available iPhone and Android apps. Parameterization of the module's inputs and outputs and their desired functions is done via an easy-to-understand application.
B500nd - Crimping tool for cable lugs
The B500ND from CEMBRE is the first of a new generation of portable cordless tools, characterized by a "bi-linear" design and equipped with an intelligent automatic return at the end of the cycle (Smart Release). The B500ND is suitable for crimping cable lugs and connectors up to 300 mm². A large selection of crimping dies from the 50 kN CEMBRE tool range is available for this purpose. A new 18V - 2.0 Ah high-performance Li-Ion battery enables longer periods of independent work. The tool is also equipped with an overpressure sensor and a safety valve: The sensor guarantees greater repeatability of the maximum pressure, while the valve provides important protection for the user.
