GTX electric actuator with integrated servomotor
As the successor to the GSM/GSX, the GTX is the most compact electric actuator available on the market. This makes it perfect for replacing hydraulic cylinders, especially when space is at a premium. Thanks to the integrated servomotor on the screw, the entire length of the motor is saved. How is this possible? The inverted roller screw is also the carrier of the motor magnets and thus the rotor. The encoder system (resolver, encoder in various versions) can be configured for different drive manufacturers. The connectors are also adapted to the original cables of the drive manufacturers. - New series: GTX60 (60mm), GTX80 (80mm) and GTX100 (100mm) - Existing series: GSX50 (140mm) and GSX60 (180mm) - Robust inverted planetary roller screw with long service life - Integrated servo motor: The most compact electric actuator on the market - 5 sizes with maximum feed forces from 0.6 to 102 kN
ETH electric actuator -the allrounder
The ETH electric actuator is a high-performance actuator and differs significantly from comparable electric actuators. The high-performance recirculating ball screw guarantees maximum force in the smallest of spaces and a long service life at the same time. Thanks to central relubrication, maintenance is kept to a minimum. The motor is mounted in line or via a compact parallel attachment with a sophisticated belt tensioning device. - Ball screw with extremely long lifetime - Unrivaled power density for ball screws - high forces with small size - 5 sizes with maximum feed forces from 2 to 114 kN - Optionally available as ATEX version
MDM rotary table with torquemotor
MDM rotary tables are free programmable and can therefore be used very flexibly. The integrated torque motor works without mechanical transmission elements and, in combination with the high-resolution measuring system, achieves very high accuracies and short switching times. All MDM rotary tables are completely maintenance-free and extremely quiet. Integrated high-capacity bearings allow heavy loads, especially for pressing processes directly on the rotary table. FTX/FTP Elektrozylinder bis 355kN
The FTX is the right choice for very high feed forces up to 178kN bidirectional. The FTP is a reinforced version of the FTX and provides a unidirectional press force of 356kN in the push direction. The motor or gearbox from any manufacturer can be mounted in line or in parallel. PNCE electric actuator - Price/performance champion
The PNCE electric actuator impresses with its special performance features such as high speed, positioning accuracy and repeatability. This is guaranteed by the precision ball screw drive and a precise anti-rotation lock on the piston rod. All 6 sizes 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 are available with various screw pitches. Relubrication is conveniently carried out via the integrated grease nipple. All sizes can be retrofitted with sensors and numerous ISO standard accessories. Linearmotors and torquemotors for dynamic and precision
Direct drives are electric drive systems that operate without mechanical transmission elements such as gears. They consist of linear motors and torque motors. Overall, direct drives offer efficiency, precision and are maintenance-free, which underlines their versatile use in various industrial applications. - Direct drives offer high positioning accuracy and repeatability with correct integration - Fast acceleration and high speeds enable dynamic and efficient processes - The absence of mechanical transmission elements reduces maintenance costs Linear motors generate linear motion and offer precise positioning. Their use ranges from machine tools to high-precision applications such as semiconductor production. Linear motor axes consist of a linear motor including guide and measuring system (Linear Encoder). They can therefore be integrated as a plug & play axis without major design effort. Torque motors convert electrical energy into torque (rotation). They have high polarity and therefore generate very high torques and rather low maximum speeds. Mechanical transmission elements such as gears or belts/chains can therefore be dispensed with. They are integrated directly into a machine or are used in complete rotary tables, which are already plug & play ready for use with a measuring system and ball/cross roller bearings.
