Generate compressed air
Prematic AG plans and integrates demand-oriented solutions for compressed air generation based on a coordinated and qualified product range. Every design is based on real load profiles, redundancy requirements and economic targets. Suitable compressor systems are selected from within the defined portfolio and integrated into a functioning overall concept. Existing systems can be analysed and optimised in terms of energy consumption and supply reliability. The focus is on stable operating conditions, calculable life cycle costs and clean system integration.

Treat compressed air
The quality of the compressed air is consistently derived from the requirements of the application. Purity class, pressure dew point and particle load determine the design of drying, filtration and condensate management. Prematic AG dimensions treatment systems within its coordinated range so that there are neither unnecessary energy losses nor safety-relevant undersizing. Pressure losses, maintenance intervals and operating costs are already taken into account in the planning phase.
