Smart Magnetic Guard Lock HOLDX R
The innovative magnetic process locks HOLDX RS1 and HOLDX RL1 combine a secure non-contact RFID safety sensor with an intelligent electromagnet in just one device. With this combination of safe position monitoring and process guard locking, the HOLDX RS1 and RL1 can be used universally and ensure increased quality and less downtime and set-up times. The smart process guard locking HOLDX R communicates with your standard PLC via the diagnostic outputs or via the built-in Bluetooth interface with your mobile phone or laptop. It also enables quick and easy diagnostics with LEDs on both sides and, as a networkable variant, can be connected in series without losing diagnostic options.
Wireless Safety - Safety Simplifier
The safety control with integrated wireless interface With the Safety Simplifier, we bring safety to where it is needed and make it easier for you to create user-friendly safety systems, such as on access doors. Just connect your sensors, guard locks or light curtains. Select the push buttons and/or emergency stop buttons and you have a complete safety solution with evaluation and diagnostics. This is passed on wirelessly via another Safety Simplifier or directly to your existing system in a safety-related manner.
Enabling Device ZEUS
ZEUS - modular enabling button If it is necessary to provide the operator with a special operating mode for work such as commissioning, maintenance, servicing or setting up processes, important legal requirements must be observed. In this operating mode, the operator of the machine has the option of overriding certain safety devices such as protective doors by selecting the operating mode and actuating the enabling device. The 3-step function is important here. Only in the middle position does the 3-stage enabling button release certain dangerous movements under additional precautions. If the operator lets go of the device or pushes it through to level three, the system switches off in a safety-related manner. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and low weight, ZEUS ensures fatigue-free working. It is equally suitable for left- and right-handed people and can also be optimally operated with gloves.
