Automated assembly, placement, and testing in industrial environments TECHTORY is a reliable partner for automation systems. We work with standardized modular assemblies during development. Furthermore, our conveyor technology division offers solutions for parts feeding and removal. If our standardized automation systems do not meet your requirements, we develop and implement custom solutions, perfectly tailored to your needs. A broad, application-oriented range of storage systems, processing stations, and workpiece feeding variants for every application rounds out our product offering. TECHTORY uses virtual commissioning, which provides you with many additional advantages in your production process. This allows the robot cells to be converted offline via software to a new product range or a new task while the physical system is still in production. Six-axis robots operate in the cells. Various storage systems, conveyor belts, grippers, screwdrivers, and vision systems are available as accessories. TECHTORY robot cells are ready for use twice as fast as traditional robot cells. In addition, the possibility of reuse has been multiplied.

customer-specific plant construction – plant for palletizing storage rolls
The basic design of the system is based on a standard TECHTORY floor cell. The feed belt at the rear is loaded with storage rolls by a pre-controlled system. A gripper picks up the randomly arriving parts and places or stacks them in provided boxes. For this purpose, the gripper can be equipped with fingers for internal and external scanning of the different rolls. A movable camera system located above the system detects both the pickup positions of the incoming stock on the conveyor belt and the lower storage positions in the individual boxes. Because the camera continuously provides position data, a smooth process with high cycle times is possible. The boxes required for stacking are placed on pallets by the operator. To prevent downtime during pallet changes, the system has two separate chambers.
machining cell – deburring, brushing, embossing and packing station for T-nuts
The system is based on the TECHTORY standard cell system and combines the advantages of both table-cell and floor-cell cell types. The workpieces are manually fed as bulk material into a vibratory conveyor system and separated using linear handling. Before the T-nuts are transferred to the rotary indexing table, the holes are checked for presence, position, and dirt using a vision sensor. The workpieces are then transferred to the individual processing stations. In stations 2 and 3, the threaded holes are deburred from the outside using countersinks and from the inside using brushes. Lances and nozzles in station 4 blow out the holes. In station 5, the T-nuts are embossed with the part number and company logo. A removal system then places the finished parts on a pivoting conveyor belt. This conveyor belt fills three shipping cartons according to a predetermined quantity.
