Ketterer KET-LIFT4BOX electric box lifter for KLT containers, blister packs and other industrial containers
KET-LIFT4BOX is a compact, powerful and user-friendly solution for the efficient lifting of crates and boxes in warehouses, workshops and production facilities. It is suitable for heavy loads of up to 200 kg in demanding environments and, thanks to its automatic electric lifting function, helps to reduce the strain on staff and shorten handling distances. Efficient, ergonomic box lifting for optimised workflows The box lifter is suitable for front-loading loads of up to 100 kg or 200 kg and enables ergonomic working through stepless electric container positioning. Positioning can be controlled manually via buttons on the column or in automatic mode using photoelectric sensors. Furthermore, the working heights are individually adjustable to meet the user’s needs. The device’s high stability is ensured by a solid base plate, which can be secured to the floor if required. For mobile use, the KET-LIFT4BOX is equipped with transport castors and secure handles, which facilitate transport and handling. Furthermore, the KET-LIFT4BOX is characterised by its maintenance-free design, which allows users to concentrate on their work without having to worry about regular maintenance, thereby increasing productivity. Ketterer Internal rotor motors – One family, countless possible applications
Ketterer t-Rex BLDC internal rotor motors are powerful, compact and reliable. They are available as standard in two sizes (3200 with a diameter of 44 mm and 3206 with a diameter of 65 mm), each in two lengths. The torque range of the t-Rex family starts at 0.2 Nm and extends up to 8 Nm. The speed range goes up to 6000 rpm.
