Electrical Designer/Electrical Engineer (Circuit & Schematic Design)

Your Responsibilities

Development and creation of circuit diagrams and electrical schematics for devices and systems in the automotive, medical technology and industrial sectors
Selection, dimensioning and design of electrical components and systems in compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
Creation of system diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs) and wiring tables for customer-specific solutions
Collaboration with mechanical design (3D CAD) and hardware-related software development
Performance of simulations and EMC optimizations
Responsibility for the planning, documentation and analysis of tests and measurements
Support during commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Execution and documentation of hardware tests, including the use of systems for safety analyses, creation of test scenarios, as well as simulation and validation

Your Qualifications

Completed vocational training as an automation technician or electronics technician, or alternatively a degree in electrical engineering (BSc preferred)
Experience in electrical design with a focus on circuit and schematic development
Proficiency in E-CAD systems (preferably Eplan E3 or EPLAN)
Knowledge of the selection and design of electrical components as well as the application of relevant standards and directives (e.g. Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive)
Experience in conducting and analyzing hardware tests, including SISTEMA, simulations and test reports
Programming knowledge (e.g. C++, Python, Lua) is an advantage
Experience with real-time embedded control systems and testing of mechatronic systems is an advantage
Experience with 3D CAD (Creo, Inventor) is an advantage
