Quality Specialist Metrology & Incoming Goods Inspection (m/f) 100%
You ensure the quality of incoming components through precise measurements. Your daily work is primarily hands-on in the metrology lab and involves close technical coordination with suppliers. You create measurement programs, define inspection strategies and are responsible for the evaluation of results. Routine series measurements are then carried out by two team members based on your specifications.

Your Responsibilities

▪ Perform incoming goods inspections of high-precision mechanical components

▪ Independently operate a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a laser interferometer

▪ Create, maintain and optimize measurement programs, while providing technical guidance to two team members performing routine series measurements

▪ Evaluate, assess and document measurement results

▪ Communicate directly with suppliers regarding technical issues and corrective actions

▪ Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering and Production

Your Profile

▪ Technical background (e.g. Polymechanic, Mechatronics Technician or equivalent)

▪ Experience in industrial metrology and quality assurance

▪ Strong communication skills and confidence when working with suppliers

▪ Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

▪ Structured, precise and independent way of working
