Mobile order processing for all areas of maintenance

The Bremen wastewater company hanseWasser, with 390 employees and an annual turnover of 101 million euros, has optimized its maintenance processes in wastewater treatment (two large sewage treatment plants and one industrial sewage treatment plant), wastewater discharge (operation of pumping stations) and maintenance (electrical and control technology, mechanical engineering, safety management) with the argvis; Maintenance Portal. The mobile solution enables digital order processing and documentation, saving time and money.

The old software solution from 2015 was outdated, no longer compatible with SAP Plant Maintenance and did not offer mobile order processing. The new solution from argvis, on the other hand, is fully integrated into SAP, offers a modern, user-friendly interface and enables mobile recording of fault reports, processing of master data of the functional locations and deployment planning of technicians.

Since the system was introduced in 2023, hanseWasser has achieved a functional coverage level of 98 percent. 60 employees use the system. The mobile recording of fault reports and digital order processing ensure a constantly up-to-date overview of the order backlog.
