Just connect your sensors, guard locks or light curtains. Select the push buttons and/or emergency stop buttons and you have a complete safety solution with evaluation and diagnostics. This is passed on wirelessly via another Safety Simplifier or directly to your existing system in a safety-related manner.

World-K Series - AC induction motor
World K Series – Robust Induction Motors The World K Series from Oriental Motor offers reliable induction motors designed for continuous operation with constant torque. Available in various power ratings from 1 W to 200 W. Spur gearheads and right-angle gearboxes with hollow shafts are available to adapt torque and speed. Worm gears from Ketterer – Compact and resilient
Ketterer produces the worm wheels for the worm gear itself, drawing on expert knowledge and many years of experience in the field of gear technology. Ketterer offers worm gears in several product families and variants. The standard range includes worm gears with ratios from 1:1 to 65:1. At high ratios, these are self-locking. A worm gear is used wherever high reduction ratios are required.

X-DIAS in use | PLC Put to the Test
Simply plug functional modules as a whole into preconfigured circuit boards instead of time-consuming and error-prone wiring of individual wires: This is the basic concept behind the new ‘X-Dias’ I/O system, which SIGMATEK officially launched last year at the SPS trade fair as an addition to its proven ‘S-DIAS’ control portfolio. It was developed by the local automation expert at the suggestion of and in partnership with Emco-Test, a long-standing customer, also based in Salzburg. The globally successful manufacturer of high-quality hardness testing machines was looking for a solution that would, on the one hand, keep the packing density of the increasingly complex control system under control despite the continuously growing range of variants and functions and, on the other hand, make the connection technology faster and easier to install, future-proof and yet economical – all while maintaining a high degree of modularity and production volumes in the mid three-digit range. This seemingly impossible balancing act was achieved in the form of the jointly developed I/O innovation ‘X-DIAS’, which is now going into series production in Emco-Test's latest generation of hardness testing machines, the ‘Vision Line’. see technical report: Austromatisierung - issue 5+6/2025

XY-stages
At XY-stages Series RQ the two sliding parts (interior- and exterior part) are supported by cross rollers. This shows positive effects to the frictional property and precision. The sliding parts can be produced in grey cast iron (standard). Other materials upon request. The XY-stages are available with one or two axis.

The Y7 series is a servo system that provides a lightweight and efficient solution for feedback control systems with its drive performance, bus port compatibility and extension functions. Various control modules can be added to integrate the drive and control. The system features a sleek, book-like design and requires only a small amount of space. The vertical air duct structure not only improves heat dissipation, but also insulates the components from each other, increasing dust and water resistance.
