The CPM-200® printing and cutting system from Lighthouse is based on the years of experience gained with its smaller sibling, the CPM-100®/H. With the CPM-200®, it's now finally possible to create larger and even more visible signage for your business quickly and easily. Whether it's operating instructions according to §14, accident prevention regulations, fire safety instructions, custom signage required for operational and safety purposes, or your own inspection labels according to DGUV regulations – the CPM-200® can handle it all. The CPM-200® produces multi-colored and durable markings. Thanks to the included "Lighthouse for MAX" software, in conjunction with our comprehensive Labelmonster sign catalog (optional), even those with basic Windows skills can quickly and easily implement standards-compliant labeling for their systems, production areas, pipelines, and potential hazards according to DIN 2403, GHS, ASR A1.3, DIN ISO 7010, or DGUV regulations – but tailored to your specific needs and requirements. The software, available as shareware, can be installed and used as often as needed within your company. The CPM-200® can be used as a stand-alone system via its USB interface at your PC workstations. Its CMYK printing function even allows you to import your own templates from any application, such as MS Office or Adobe Reader, at a resolution of 300 dpi, either directly into the software or print them immediately. The Lighthouse CPM-200® print and cut system combines the technology of thermal transfer printers and cutting plotters in a single device. The software database and the Labelmonster sign catalog contain more than 2,500 symbols/pictograms from the following areas: occupational safety, pipeline marking, testing, road traffic, packaging, quality assurance, inventory management, and much more. Custom logos, diagrams, and symbols can be easily imported and processed.
