Flexi Net is the powerful safety controller up to PL e for modern machines and networked plants. The scalable control architecture enables CPU expansion by up to twelve modules, such as Flexi IOs and gateways, as well as the networking of several machines in a production line. Flexi Net provides the ability to configure up to 512 function blocks in the logic, especially for complex applications. TÜV-certified modules make engineering much easier. Cycle times of just 4 ms underscore the performance of Flexi Net. Sensors can be flexibly integrated into the safety controller – also via EFI pro and Flexi Loop. Safe Motion via integrated HTL inputs and application-specific function blocks also meets the requirements of mobile robots.
