The CPM-100® print and cut system is the perfect partner for applications in maintenance, chemicals, electrical engineering, plant construction, fire protection, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, industry, automotive, and many more. It allows you to quickly and easily create custom labels for inventory, valves, fittings, samples, safety information, pipe markings, inspection labels, or even storage equipment with barcodes, location codes, and hazardous materials in your desired size. The CPM-100® combines a thermal transfer printing system and a cutting plotter, meaning it cuts any size and shape of sign you require. Your printed signs are therefore permanently scratch- and smudge-proof, UV-resistant, waterproof, and resistant to a wide range of acids and alkalis. With its 200 dpi print resolution, you get high-quality yet very affordable signage that would otherwise be costly and time-consuming to obtain as custom orders or in small quantities. Thanks to the included "Lighthouse for MAX" software, in conjunction with our comprehensive sign catalog (optional), even those with basic Windows skills can quickly and easily implement standards-compliant labeling for their facilities, production areas, pipelines, and potential hazards according to DIN 2403, GHS, ASR A1.3, DIN ISO 7010, or DGUV regulations – but tailored to your specific needs and requirements. The CPM-100® can be used as a stand-alone system via your USB interfaces, while the CPM-100H, with its increased print resolution of 400 dpi, can also be integrated into your network via its additional Ethernet connection. More than 2,500 symbols/pictograms from the areas of occupational safety, pipeline identification, testing, road traffic, packaging, and quality assurance are stored in the software database and the Labelmonster sign catalog. You can also import and process your own logos, diagrams, and symbols.
