About us
The Amsler company was founded in 1865 as a mechanical workshop in Feuerthalen (ZH).
We specialize in the distribution of linear technology (Bosch Rexroth,
Gambini Meccanica and Gradel Baudin) in Switzerland.
As a wholesaler, we supply specialist retailers with two-wheeled products (motorbikes, mopeds, bicycles and accessories).
The Amsler company is the only producer of motorized bicycles (PONY) in Switzerland.

Linear Bushings and Shafts

Precision ball screw assemblies
Rexroth ball screws open up a variety of options for the designer to solve transport and positioning tasks with a driven spindle or a driven nut. Regardless of whether it is the highest linear speeds, maximum load ratings or minimum lengths, there is always the optimal solution.
Rail systems
Rail guides from Rexroth are ball or roller-bearing longitudinal guides. They are available in eight standard sizes. Our customers use them in machine tools, industrial robots and in a wide variety of special machines.
Integrated measuring system IMS-A
This integrated measuring system combines ball rail and roller rail systems with an absolute length measuring system in our new IMS-A product. The system accuracy of this inductive measuring system is comparable to high-precision glass scales and is therefore ideally suited for replacement of external measuring systems on machine tools.
Linear systems
Linear systems are suitable for a wide range of applications from materials handling to light machining tasks in the aluminum, wood and plastics industries. IMScompact
Product overview With the new integrated, magnetic measuring system "IMScompact", Rexroth expands their product range of integrated measuring systems and thus opens up an extended area of application for linear position measurement systems. With minimal spatial requirements, i.e. the new construction size 15, a maximum measuring length of up to 17.8 meters across rail joints, with absolute versions which are suited for the drive-integrated safety technology (in preparation) as well as with a simplified assembly, the new IMScompact series supplements the highly precise IMS inductive measuring system in many areas of automation technology, wood and plastic processing, processing of metal sheets, linear direct drive technology and general machinery. The proven Rexroth quality characteristics of interchangeable design, modularity, robustness and easy assembly were consistently continued here. In connection with superior logistics, the global distribution and service, the customer wil benefit from simplified work across the entire value adding chain – from design, purchasing and logistics to assembly and maintenance.

Linear Motor Modules LMM
Bosch Rexroth offers ready-to-install linear axis with integrated linear motors for the highest requirements in terms of dynamics and precision with their Linear Motor Modules LMM. Unlike conventional linear axes from the Bosch Rexroth family, the LMM is driven directly (i.e., without transmission elements) by a linear motor consisting of a primary and secondary part. The combination of ironless or iron-core linear motors, ball rail guides (consisting of guide rails, guide carriages, and length measuring systems), and the table part greatly simplifies the normally complex construction of a linear axis. With the LMM, there is no need for mechanical transmission elements to convert rotary into linear motion, resulting in a wear-free and backlash-free drive.
