CTF – Time relay with forcibly guided contacts
The CTF time relays are designed for safety-critical applications and provide reliable, hardware-based time control wherever PLC solutions are too complex and SIL relays are not required. They enable precise timing functions in control and signalling circuits and feature reliable contact technology with clear feedback on the switching status, supported by positively driven contacts for fault diagnosis. Thanks to their compact design, narrow mounting width and a wide time range from 40 ms to 80 h, they are also suitable for space-constrained applications.

CMA – Coupling module with manual control
The CMA coupling modules have been specially developed for use in modern building automation and industrial systems and enable reliable manual operation of individual function groups. They support commissioning and maintenance by allowing components such as valves or pumps to be tested and controlled selectively without an active control system. This facilitates troubleshooting and system balancing, and ensures continued operation even in the event of a control system failure. Furthermore, they enable safe switching between automatic and manual operation and provide feedback on the current operating status at all times.

Would you like to save 25% space in control cabinets? Do you also want to reduce installation costs? ComatReleco's relay socket family can make a significant contribution to the success of your panel building projects. Outstanding features, such as the smallest relay socket width on the market, tool-free mounting and proven marking strip, help you save valuable panel space, reduce installation time and thus save money. Come and have a look.

CRINT – plug-in coupling relays
• Electromechanical relay modules up to 6 A 250 V, various contact materials • SSR modules for most load types, up to 4 A 28.8 V DC, up to 2 A 280 V AC • AC/DC, no protective circuit required • LED status indicator • Push-in, spring-loaded or screw terminals • Potential bridges • Compact design, 6.2 mm wide

Cx – pluggable industrial relays
Modern relays are electromechanical masterpieces of the highest precision and, in various designs, perform a wide range of tasks across every conceivable industrial sector. Semiconductor technology (solid-state technology) enables the development of solid-state relays (SSRs), which, unlike electromechanical relays, contain no moving parts. Switching is purely electronic and therefore wear-free. ComatReleco develops products using both technologies and is a competent partner for all industrial applications involving relays.

MRS13R – Overcurrent Protection Relay
Overcurrent protection relays in combination with circuit breakers are used primarily when conventional safety solutions are not possible, such as in high-current and high-voltage systems or in railway technology. They prevent electrical devices and systems from being damaged or destroyed by the harmful effects of excessive current in the event of short circuits or overload conditions. In contrast to many other conventional overcurrent protection solutions, many parameters can be configured with the MRS13R. In conjunction with circuit breakers, currents in the kA range can be switched and, in comparison to fuses, the switching state of overcurrent protection relays is reversible when the cause of the fault has been eliminated.

MR – Monitoring relays
The MRM series devices have been developed for the reliable monitoring of AC and DC signals in single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. • Monitoring of various electrical parameters: voltage, current, power (AC/DC), frequency, phase sequence or power factor cosϕ • Suitable for use in low-voltage and extra-low-voltage installations thanks to a wide measurement range • Wide range of monitoring functions: signals when values exceed or fall below the adjustable threshold value or window range • Power supply: DC 12–48 V or AC 110–240 V

CIM – Multifunction device
The CIM1, CIM12, CIM13, CIM14 are compact and multifunctional timer relays with 9 functions and 7 time intervals from 50 ms to 60 hours. This relays are suitable for applications as step-on-step-off relays, staircase lighting relays and as multifunction timer relays. They were developed for a voltage range of UC 24-240V and they are able to switch nominal current up to 16 A at a nominal voltage of 240 V. Solid-state outputs for 1.2 A, 250 V AC (CIM12) and 4 A, 24 V DC (CIM13) are available. The CIM1x complies with the applicable DIN standards 43880 at an installation dimension of 17.5 mm. Due to its wide range of application, the product reduces the inventory requirement of various different types.

RIC, RAC, RBC – Installation contactors
The family of installation contactors is characterized by excellent properties. • Long service life thanks to double-breaking contacts • Switching of different voltages with adjacent contacts • Hum-free operation • Areas of application: lighting installations, heating, air conditioning, pumps, etc. RIC - With AUX extension module RAC - With ON-OFF-AUTO function RBC - With step-by-step function; With AUX extension module; With additional modules CM/GM for central and group control

RMC, RSC – Industrial contactors
The miniature industrial contactors of the RMC series are reliable switching components for increased loads in industrial environments. Thanks to comprehensive accessories such as auxiliary contacts and motor protection units, they are suitable for a wide range of applications. They offer high performance with a very compact design. The switching capacity is an impressive 8.5A / 4kW (AC-3, motor load) with an installation width of just 35 mm. The installation position on a DIN rail can be either horizontal or vertical. The industrial contactors of the RSC series are reliable switching components for increased loads in industrial environments. Thanks to comprehensive accessories such as auxiliary contacts and motor protection units, they are suitable for a wide range of applications. With an installation width of 45 mm and switching currents up to 30 A and 65 mm up to 63 A (AC-3, motor load), the RSC series is extremely compact in comparison. The installation position on a DIN rail can be either horizontal or vertical.

CCx – Solid-state contactor
ComatReleco solid-state contactors are used wherever an almost unlimited service life is required alongside a high number of switching cycles, high switching frequencies and silent operation. Unlike mechanical contactors, their solid-state switching element (SSR) is completely free from wear and tear. The absence of moving parts prevents any wear and tear and ensures resistance to vibrations. A varistor circuit protects against damage caused by overvoltage. A wide range of single-phase and three-phase variants are available.

CHI – High-performance relays
High-performance relays for capacitive loads such as LEDs or switching power supplies. Inrush currents of up to 800 A are neutralised thanks to a tungsten lead-in contact and zero-voltage switching. • Designed for electronic ballasts and switching power supplies • Wide-range input 24 – 240 V AC/DC • Low-noise switching • CHI34 with auxiliary contact and manual operation
