Product Manager, Electrical Engineering (80–100%)

Bring your practical experience to the table and help shape the products of tomorrow. You’re familiar with the realities of control cabinet construction and know what really matters in practice. That’s exactly the perspective we need! As a product manager, you’ll contribute your experience, provide support on technical issues and take responsibility for small projects. If you don’t yet have any experience in product management, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Your responsibilities: • You will be responsible for your assigned product groups throughout the entire product lifecycle. • You will support product development and technical change projects according to internal processes, from initiation to successful implementation. • You will assist technical support, sales, and customers with product selection and troubleshooting. • You will research and understand customer needs and market trends, and translate these into product requirements. • You will develop product-specific marketing materials and conduct product training for sales and customers. Your profile: • Automation technician, electrician, or other electrical engineering background • Technical understanding of control cabinet construction and electrical engineering • Fluent German (written and spoken), advanced English • Strong organizational skills for small projects and team coordination • Customer-oriented thinking: You understand what matters to planners and installers and translate their needs into solutions. • You are curious, ask questions, and want to improve things. • Open to new things and willing to learn about product management
