BMU/BLE2 Series - Brushless DC motors with matching drivers
BMU & BLE2 Series – AC-powered Brushless DC Motors with a Shared Motor Lineup Both series use the same compact motor lineup (30–400 W, 80–4,000 rpm) with spur, flat, or planetary gearheads. H1 food-grade grease is available for spur gear types (30–120 W only). Motors are available with IP66 or IP67 protection, making them suitable for demanding environments. The key difference lies in the driver functionality. BMU Series Simple speed control via rotary push-dial on the driver, four fixed speeds programmable, with display for speed and load factor, and built-in protections. Plug-type motor cable enables quick, tool-free setup – ideal for straightforward applications. BLE2 Series Enhanced features: up to 16 programmable speeds, multiple control options (analog voltage, external potentiometer, digital inputs), torque limiting, and load-holding for vertical axes (with optional brake). Includes digital display on the driver. The stainless steel version of the BLE2 series features 200 W output power, an integrated hollow-shaft flat gearbox, and protection ratings of IP67/IP69K – ensuring maximum reliability even under the toughest conditions. BN control unit with IO-Link technology
IO-Link is an open communication standard for sensors and actuators, defined by the PROFIBUS User Organization (PI), that can be used for point-to-point connection of sensors and actuators to the control system; fast and reliable data transmission guaranteed. In this context, the BN series control device unit equipped with IO-Link technology stands out as versatile, state-of-the-art device. By connecting to the IO-Link master, the BN control device unit can exchange essential data on the surrounding environment, providing detailed information on the different operating phases. The data sent includes the state of the buttons and different device types, the LED state, the supply voltage, the device utilisation time and temperature. One key feature of the BN series IO-Link control device unit is its ability to detect any out-of-range values in the monitored data. The system can detect any anomalies or potential risks so that the operators can quickly adopt the necessary measures. Besides, with IO-Link technology all the data on the device can be displayed in real time, which means immediate monitoring and precise performance. Plug & Play The Plug & Play technology makes the device easy to integrate in the system without the need for complex and costly wiring. This makes it much easier and faster to replace the device if it gets damaged or malfunctions, without having to dismantle whole parts of the plant. RGB LEDs and customisable colours The new BN series IO-Link control device unit has luminous RGB buttons, cistomisable with a vast range of colours: red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta and white. Other innovative lighting features include the possibility of adjusting the brightness and activating blinking at various frequencies using the IO-Link system. The BN series control device unit with IO-Link technology represents an important evolution for the industrial automation, allowing customisations and control, which can be implemented quickly and easily.

BN series control device units
The BN series control device units are a versatile modular product that adapts to any application requirement. The main feature of the new BN series is easy installation, as the in-line holes make it simple to fit and wire the device: as it's a plug-and-play device in fact, all you have to do is plug the connector in. Furthermore, in the case of a fault or damage, it can be replaced immediately thanks to the monolithic design of the control device unit, without the need for rewiring, avoiding any possible errors. The control device unit is designed with non-detachable, turnable modules that offer the user various installation options on-board the machine. The BN series control device unit is available in various configurations for various types of product applications: for standard applications, configurations with 1,2,3 or 4 devices are most suitable, while configurations with 6, 7 or 8 devices are available for more complex applications to provide the user with more control and signalling devices at the same location. The control devices are recessed in the outer housing of the control device unit so they're protected from accidental knocks, meaning longer operational life. They only protrude a little from the front, so the BN series remains within a max. width of just 40 mm. In all the configurations, a variety of control devices can be installed, also illuminated by integrated LEDs. The new Pizzato Elettrica BN series modular control device units have the same shape and dimensions as the RFID safety switches with lock of the NS series, giving machine manufacturers who already use these products the chance to create a visually uniform device and adopt an aesthetically pleasing solution.

High speed and high resolution: BoxPC with V-by-One and eDP interface Fortec Integrated presents robust and low-maintenance BoxPC-Pro NPA-2009 for information terminals, medical technology and transportation As one of the leading German specialists for industrial TFT flat screens, embedded products and edge system solutions, Fortec Integrated is presenting another innovative product: The BoxPC-Pro NPA-2009 offers the option of directly connecting high-resolution V-by-One and/or eDP TFT displays. Areas of application for the NPA-2009 are all applications that require high-resolution displays with a high frame rate and high color depth, such as automation, medical technology, transportation and many more. The trend for industrial TFT displays is towards higher resolutions, Full HD is increasingly being replaced by 4K. The LVDS interface is not well suited to transmitting such large amounts of data, so high-resolution TFT displays are usually equipped with V-by-One or eDP interfaces, which have a significantly higher bandwidth. With V-by-One, the signals are transmitted at high speed via a cost-effective, standardized cable, which also has better EMC values than an LVDS cable. To make it easy to connect TFT displays with V-by-One or eDP interfaces, Fortec Integrated has developed the BoxPC Pro NPA-2009. It is based on an industrial mainboard with the 11th generation Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E embedded processor and can easily handle computationally intensive applications. All Tiger Lake processors are characterized by high long-term availability, economical power consumption and low latency and are suitable for permanent 24/7 operation. TFT displays can be connected and controlled directly to the BoxPC via V-By-One and eDP. Parallel operation of several TFT displays – for example V-by-One and eDP – is also possible.

With a new series of touch-enabled operator panels, DISPLAY VISIONS is targeting the programmable logic controller (PLC) market. The EA HMI operator panels are characterized by brilliant displays at an extremely low price. These new HMI Modbus units enable the quick and easy implementation of user interfaces of all kinds. The EA HMI series displays are available in sizes from 2.8 to 12 inches. Their high screen brightness of 1000 cd/m² ensures excellent readability even in poor lighting conditions or outdoors. Easy integration into existing systems is a key focus of the HMI series. Thanks to support for the widely used Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP communication protocols, the panels are ready for use in no time and communicate seamlessly with over 20 popular PLC models – including solutions from Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Finder OPTA, Teknic, Beckhoff, and many more. Brushless DC-Servomotor Series 3274...BP4
In the fight for high performance with minimum weight, FAULHABER with the development of its series 3274 BP4 has put a new champion in the ring. The brushless DC servomotor, measuring 32 mm in diameter and 74 mm in length, has a huge continuous torque of 165 mNm. Furthermore, it weighs in at just under 320 g, which is half that of conventional motors with comparable power. The four-pole brushless DC servomotor is ideal for applications in which high power and dynamic start/stop operation with the lowest possible total weight is an important factor, for example in link drives of humanoid robots, electric grippers used in process automation or high-performance traction drives used in inspection robotics.

BHx series sets new standards: with respect to dimensions and weight, it delivers high speed and power values with low vibration and heat development, something inconceivable until recently. This drive series is thereby predestined for handpieces with high power requirements in applications with limited installation space. The BHx series made by FAULHABER are new high power slotless brushless motors in 16 mm diameter based on a 2-pole technology. Through their robust, compact design and outstanding performance data, the motors of this new product family are particularly well suited for demanding applications like dental handpieces, medical robotics and electrical grippers, as well as laboratory equipment, professional handtools or robotics.

Power in new dimensions More and more applications in the areas of robotics, prosthetics, laboratory automation, medical device technology, pumps, and aircraft cabin equipment require high torque in a very short length. FAULHABER has raised the bar in the area of high performance, external rotor, slotted drives with the introduction of the FAULHABER BXT family of flat brushless DC motors. Thanks to innovative winding technology and an optimised design, the motors are just 14, 16 and 21 mm in length but deliver torques up to 134 mNm, within a diameter of 22 mm, 32 mm and 42 mm respectively. They are designed for a continuous output power up to 100 W and thus significantly exceed benchmarks in this class of drives, particularly with respect to the ratio between the torque to length, volume and weight, which benefits applications where available space is at a premium. As a standard, these new products come equipped with digital Hall sensors.
