Modernisierung einer Getreidesammelstelle Mit den heutigen, leistungsfähigen Erntemaschinen muss die Getreidesammelstelle schritthalten, was nach rationellen Annahmen und Verarbeitungen ruft. Das Getreidecenter Freiamt [GCF] hat ihre Zukunft in die Hände genommen. Das Getreidecenter Freiamt in Wohlen hat im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau der dritten Siloanlage, die Steuerung der mechanischen Förder- und Lagertechnik, sowie die Entgrannung, die Reinigung und die Trocknung ersetzt. Alle drei Silos verfügen über folgende Merkmale: a) Silo 3 Stück b) Zellen aller Silos 113 Stück c) Speichervermögen 25'000 t d) Annahmevermögen 2'500 t / Tag 25'000 t / Jahr e) Gossen 2 Lkw / 2 Bahn f) Reinigungen 2 g) Entgranner 3 h) Trockner 5 i) Kommandoräume 2 j) Produkte 42 Der Schnittstelle zwischen Menschen und Maschine wurde ein hoher Stellenwert zugesprochen. Ein wesentlicher Teil der Produktivität und Effizienz hängt von einer einfachen und zweckmässigen Bedienung ab. Die Ein- und Grossbildschirmlösung kann als eines der Rezepte aufgezählt werden. Die Grundsätze führten auch dazu, dass das Blindschaltbild keine Aufgaben mehr erfüllt. Hardware: Die Steuerung wurde mit dem Fabrikat SIEMENS® und der Produktereihe S71500 und ET200SP entwickelt. Es handelt sich um ein weit verbreitetes, in der Industrie bewährtes und modulares System. Künftige Erweiterungen lassen sich problemlos integrieren, da das System hohe Leistungsgrenzen aufweist. Energieeffizienz: Nicht ob, sondern wann und wie stark sich die Energie verteuert, stellt sich als Frage. Aus langfristigen Überlegungen wurden daher nur energieeffiziente Betriebsmittel installiert. Als Beispiel sind die Steuerungs- und Antriebskomponenten (Frequenzumrichter und Motoren) zu erwähnen.

Autotool CPK Hybrid
The Autotool CPK is an electrically operated and automated bundling system designed to speed up tying and make production more efficient. The Autotool CPK is characterised by its easy handling and user-friendly ergonomics. It has a display for settings and user information in 20 languages. A special feature of the Autotool CPK is the "HT Data Management CPK" software. This application allows easy parameterisation of the tool for your application conveniently via a computer. With the software, numerous binding and cutting functions can be selected. For example, it is possible to set a defined loop diameter or also a desired tape projection. The "tension-free cutting" function was specially developed for tying on a very flexible bundle (e.g. on silicone cables).
