The new eSIGN brings new dimensions to light. Electronic modularity enables the product to create a variety of signal modes with various colours, brightness levels and light effects, from the classic signal tower to completely customised settings. eSIGN can also switch with ease between variable filling level indications or full-surface signalling.

The latest addition to SIGMATEK's HMI portfolio, the ET 0710, combines compact plastic design with the latest processor architecture and a high-resolution 7-inch multitouch display. This slim operating panel is therefore ideal for smaller machines with limited space and price-sensitive applications that want to enhance with modern HTML5 visualization. At its heart is a quad-core EDGE3 technology processor with four cores (4x 1.6 GHz), 2 GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 8 GB microSD memory. This allows even memory-intensive web HMI applications to be displayed smoothly. Thanks to its projected capacitive glass surface, the fanless HMI can be operated precisely and intuitively using multi-finger gestures. The 7-inch widescreen with a resolution of 1.024 x 600 pixels displays colors and visualizations brilliantly. The LASAL VISUDesigner Tool (HTML5) offers a wide range of ready-to-use operating elements and controls for creating visualizations. The ET 0710 has one Ethernet, one CAN, one USB 2.0 Type A, one USB 2.0 Type C, and one RS485 interface. The ET 0710-02 offers an additional Ethernet, CAN, and RS232 interface. The ET 0710-01 variant comes with 1x Gigabit Ethernet, 1x Ethernet, 2x CAN, 1x USB 2.0 Type A, 1x USB Type C, 1x RS232, 1x RS485, 1x LP-Bus, and 1x M-Bus. This allows users to select the panel or interfaces that best suit their requirements and achieve cost efficiency. The plastic housing of the ET 0710 also contributes to an optimized price-performance ratio and is designed for industrial use. A multi-status LED is located on the front. Neugart is introducing further planetary gearboxes with pinions pre-assembled at the factory. For rack and pinion drives, planetary gearboxes with a factory-mounted pinion offer the ideal drive solution. Neugart is now introducing a particularly economical model with this option and is also refining the corresponding range. This allows design engineers to choose from an even greater number of possible pinion and gearbox combinations when implementing racks. For the first time, Neugart is now offering the PLPE Economy planetary gearbox with a factory-mounted pinion. This provides a particularly economical alternative for selection. The PLPE offers high performance at the price of an economy gearbox: It is based on the proven Neugart economy gearing technology. The reinforced deep groove ball bearings mounted on the output side are designed for greater radial and axial forces – compared to the PLE gearbox. Thanks to the wide range of different motor adapters, the PLPE can be attached to almost all standard servo motors in just a few simple steps. Its compact outer contour also allows it to be used in situations where space is limited. The PLPE is available with a pinion in four frame sizes: 070, 090, 120 and 155. The PK1 series of pinions has also been added to the range. These pinions are mounted on the toothed output shaft of the gearbox. Toothing to DIN 5480 ensures the necessary connection reliability. A total of seven additional PK1 pinions are now available: two with helical teeth and five with straight teeth. The new variants also include a helical and a straight pinion with module 1.5 teeth.

Safe contact extension - Now with UL approval The extension module RK 6929 from the SAFEMASTER series offers up to two separately controllable forcibly guided relays in a compact enclosure with a width of only 17.5 mm and is used to decouple the control and power levels as well as for contact reinforcement. As an output extension for signals from safety control systems (OSSD), the RK 6929 switches actuators reliably and potential-free. The extension module can be used in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in applications for firing systems in accordance with EN 50156-1. Flexible extension of safety circuits The extension module XF 6929 from the SAFEMASTER series enables reliable and flexible extension of safety circuits. With front-side contact via cage clamp terminals and a wide voltage range of DC 8 - 36 V, it offers high installation convenience and versatile application options. Safety switching devices with semiconductor outputs, such as BWS, emergency stop or OSSD systems, can be expanded with potential-free relay contacts using the XF 6929.
