
AirSTREAM Compact
AirSTREAM Compact is used in small and compact control cabinets, which are often reduced in depth. The flexible design generates more space in the control cabinet and helps to save lots of time when wiring, mounting and dismantling. Differences to the classic AirSTREAM system The rail profiles on the AirSTREAM Compact are not assembled with brackets but with supports. These stand off supports are available in various lengths to accomodate different application depth requirements. Front wiring The wires are routed over the combs toward the back before being laid laterally across the supports from top to bottom. Easy mounting of larger components The adapter rails are used for fitting surface mounted inverters or other components that are mounted with screws. Additionally some mounting rails have an integrated sliding nut channel that accommodates surface mount components. Attachment on all rail profiles. - Comb variants: A variety of comb sizes are available depending on requirements. Combs can be replaced easily. - Sliding nut variants: All rails are equipped with a sliding nut channel (can be built over on every level). - Hook and loop adapter (KBS): The UL-certified hook and loop adapter enables time-saving and careful attachment of wires, cables and hoses. Various versions - EMC rail: The EMC rail serves as a support for shielded cables.

Technical characteristics of the panel PLC: All PLC panels use CODESYS version V3 as automation software. All programming is done with the CODESYS Soft PLC runtime system according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. This gives you a PLC operating panel with which you can control, visualize and communicate. CODESYS as control software offers the advantage that existing applications can be easily transferred to the new control panel. Depending on the license, the following are used - CODESYS WebVisu - CODESYS TargetVisu - CODESYS WebVisu & CODESYS TargetVisu The fieldbus licenses EtherCAT and Modbus-TCP are included in all variants. We use an embedded Linux distribution with real-time patch as operating system. This ensures real-time capable and smooth operation. For configuration and commissioning of the operating panels, a configuration interface, our self-developed WebConfig, is available. With this configuration tool you can easily change device settings such as time, IP address, etc. You can access the WebConfig operating screen via a separate button on the back of the PLC operating panel or via hidden buttons each time the device is started. Franke linear systems transfer the ingenious principle of the wire race bearing to linear movements. Inserted raceways ensure the load capacity on all sides. The rest of the construction can therefore be made of lightweight aluminum. Large guided rollers ensure smooth running - maintenance-free over the entire service life. The AM-T100 is a time-of-flight (ToF) camera that uses a Sony DepthSense™ sensor to produce millimetre-precise 3D depth images. The high frame rate of up to 60 fps enables efficient use in industrial manufacturing processes, logistics and robotics. With powerful IR illumination and 640 x 480 pixel image resolution, the AM-T100 achieves a 67° x 51° field of view with a range of up to 6 m*. Android Web-Panel PA215W-Plus
The new web panels from Pericom are an ideal solution for displaying industrial HTML5 visualizations such as Codesys. The basis of these panels is an Android operating system, on which the new Automation Browser is already preinstalled. A variant with Win10-IoT is also available. Any automation stations can be defined using the new station list, which the browser should access. Only the IP addresses and URLs need to be specified. A connection to a VNC server is also possible. The Automation Browser has many helpful functions such as autostart, full screen mode or scaling. The hardware of these panels consists of a powerful CPU that is particularly designed for visualizations. The display sizes vary between 7" and 21". Both 4:3 and 16:9 wide screen resolutions are available. A capacitive PCT touch screen is used as the input medium. WLAN/Bluetooth are integrated as well as an Ethernet interface and 2 USB ports. The supply voltage is 12..24 VDC.
