DC-3000 digital dosing unit for highly accurate dosing

Almost all settings on the DC 3000 dosing unit can be configured via the touchscreen display. Only rotary controls for dosing pressure and vacuum retention are located on the housing. Icons, familiar from smartphones, ensure intuitive operation of this dosing unit – even while wearing standard chemical-resistant gloves. Upper and lower limits can be defined for the pressures displayed on the color screen (inlet and dosing pressure as well as vacuum retention) to increase the reproducibility of dosing results. Deviations from these values ​​are clearly indicated in red. The DC 3000's large memory allows for the storage of up to 64 programs. In addition to setting a cycle operation in which dosing and waiting periods alternate, it is now also possible to combine up to five previously saved dosing programs into sequences and run them consecutively. If required, the device can be secured against accidental changes using a user-defined PIN.
