Jet valve DV-6110 for micro-dosing of adhesives, greases, oils

The DV-6110 micro-dosing valve is a newly designed valve for the non-contact dispensing of liquid media. In this non-contact dispensing process, a small droplet or short jet of liquid is freely "shot" ("jetted") at a component from a short distance. A fast-acting pneumatic system ensures high and precise acceleration of the valve plunger. This, in turn, enables the dispensing of small and exact quantities of liquid and their clean detachment.
