Our temperature sensor portfolio offers precise and reliable temperature measurement solutions for a wide range of requirements. Humidity sensors & modules
Our humidity sensor portfolio offers precise and reliable humidity measurement solutions based on capacitive polymer sensor technology. Designed for high accuracy, long-term stability and easy system integration, iST humidity sensors and modules are available in a wide range of designs and calibration options. The portfolio also includes Ready-to-Use RH/T modules and probes for specialized humidity measurement applications such as Moisture in Oil and Dew Point Monitoring. Flow sensors & modules
Our thermal mass flow sensors and modules provide precise and reliable flow measurement for gases and liquids. The portfolio combines high measurement accuracy, low pressure drop and flexible integration options, making it suitable for a wide range of flow measurement requirements. The portfolio also includes the new FS calibrated module, a ready-to-use and customizable gas flow module designed for easy system integration and precise flow measurements under variable pressure and temperature conditions. To meet specific application requirements, iST offers customizable sensor solutions, including adaptations in dynamic range, response time, flow direction detection and resistance to ambient conditions.
Conductivity sensors
Our conductivity sensor portfolio offers precise and reliable conductivity measurement solutions for liquids across a broad conductivity range. Designed for high measurement accuracy, long-term stability and easy system integration, iST conductivity sensors are available in various sensor designs and electrode materials. The portfolio includes two new conductivity sensors specifically developed for low and middle conductivity measurement ranges, both featuring integrated temperature sensors for enhanced measurement accuracy. To meet specific application requirements, iST offers customizable sensor solutions, including adaptations in sensor geometry, materials, measuring ranges and resistance to challenging environmental conditions.
Micro Heaters
Our micro heater portfolio offers precise and reliable heating solutions based on thin- and thick-film technologies. Designed for fast heat-up times, high temperature stability and long-term reliability, iST micro heaters cover a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C up to +800 °C. The portfolio enables targeted heating of solids, liquids and gases and offers precise temperature control for demanding thermal management requirements. Highly miniaturized designs, overheating protection and flexible integration options support a broad range of heating profiles and installation requirements. To meet specific application requirements, iST offers fully customizable micro heater solutions, including adaptations in geometry, heating patterns, substrate materials, operating temperature ranges and electrical connections.
Force sensors
iST Senstech force sensors combine thin-film technology with decades of sensor expertise. Our standard sensor portfolio covers measuring ranges from a few Newtons up to at least 2,000 N and can be adapted to application-specific requirements, even in small quantities. Thanks to their compact design and excellent long-term stability, our force sensors are ideally suited for medical devices, robotics, process control, measuring and testing equipment, and industrial automation. Integrated programmable instrumentation amplifiers and flexible electrical interfaces ensure easy system integration. For applications beyond standard specifications, we develop customized OEM force sensors tailored to your mechanical, electrical, and environmental requirements. Biosensors
Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG complements its sensor portfolio with biosensor solutions developed and manufactured by Jobst Technologies GmbH. With the integration of Jobst Technologies into the iST Group, we strengthen our strategic focus on biosensing and microfluidic-based sensor technologies. The biosensors enable the analysis of complex biological media and are used for the measurement of glucose, lactate, glutamine, and glutamate in aqueous solutions. They are designed for high analytical performance and reliable operation in demanding environments. iST Biosensors offer fast response times, excellent long-term stability, and long shelf life. In addition, they are compatible with gamma and beta sterilization, making them suitable for applications with high hygiene and reliability requirements.
Thermal infrared emitters
Infrasolid's IR emitters are high-performance infrared radiation sources for NDIR gas analysis and IR spectroscopy. Their compact design, low power consumption and robust packaging make them ideal for a wide range of sensing applications. Typical application areas include environmental protection, exhaust gas measurement, explosion and fire protection, building services engineering, and medical technology.
