The FS7 calibrated gas flow module enables accurate and stable gas flow monitoring for demanding industrial and environmental applications. With a customizable flow range of up to 45 slm, the module offers excellent performance across a wide temperature range and provides fast response times for localized airflow control.
Its robust, vibration-resistant design ensures reliable operation in controlled environments and equipment-level applications. The ready-to-use, plug-and-play module is factory calibrated and available with a digital output (analog output upon request), allowing for seamless integration into OEM systems.
Typical applications include air sampling, cleanroom HVAC systems, demand-controlled ventilation, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, medical and healthcare devices, as well as laboratory, testing, and fuel cell systems.
