Cordless hydraulic crimping tool BA500
The BA500 hydraulic battery-powered tool is suitable for installing electrical crimp connections on cables up to 300 mm2. This crimping tool uses standard 50 kN crimping dies that are compatible with other tools and heads. Thanks to the adaptive control, the BA500 crimping tool automatically adapts the force to the cross-section of the connector and interrupts the crimping process as soon as the crimping dies reach the stop. In this way, the BA500 only uses the force actually required for pressing and does not reach the maximum pressure of 700 bar every time. The adaptive control can be activated by the operator at will. The BA500 recognises when a fastener has been inserted into the head and automatically stops the stroke of the press inserts as soon as it encounters the slightest resistance. This holds the connector without being pressed, allowing the operator to check the correct positioning of the connector between the crimp inserts and precisely align the conductor into the cable lug. The head is hinged and can be rotated through 180° to adapt to different types of application. The quiet and handy BA500 crimping tool has a compact pistol grip design and is equipped with an ergonomic handle to ensure comfort even during prolonged use.

Create your App with AI
Peakboard & AI – building apps is finally even more fun If you’ve always thought Peakboard was simple, you haven’t tried Peakbot AI yet. With the new AI built right into Peakboard Designer, building apps is as easy as having a conversation: you simply say in plain language what you want your app to do – and Peakbot automatically translates that into ready-made logic blocks. No code, no guesswork, no frantic searching through the documentation. Or ask it about existing projects – you’ll get all the support you need, wherever you are. In short: Peakboard was already as easy as PowerPoint – now you’ve got an AI assistant to take the work off your hands. Your dashboard practically builds itself.

CTF – Time relay with forcibly guided contacts
The CTF time relays are designed for safety-critical applications and provide reliable, hardware-based time control wherever PLC solutions are too complex and SIL relays are not required. They enable precise timing functions in control and signalling circuits and feature reliable contact technology with clear feedback on the switching status, supported by positively driven contacts for fault diagnosis. Thanks to their compact design, narrow mounting width and a wide time range from 40 ms to 80 h, they are also suitable for space-constrained applications.

Custom cable assembly
With our flexible and customized approach to cable assembly, we create reliable connections tailored precisely to your requirements. We manufacture a wide range of single-core cables and produce complete cable sets as well as cable harnesses with the highest level of precision and quality. Through modern manufacturing processes and careful workmanship, we ensure durable, safe, and efficient solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Customised and cost-optimised drive controls
Ready-to-order drive controllers are inexpensive in the development phase, but include unnecessary functions and result in high unit prices in series production. The flexible design of our motion control platform enables us to develop your individual solution tailored to your needs in the shortest possible time. You define the required specifications and we design your cost-optimised control system. The advantages - Cost reduction through tailor-made solutions - Perfect adaptation to your own mechanics - Increased innovation through rapid market introduction - Competitive advantage in your industry Project example (the full story can be found in the download area): A new control module was developed to improve the cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness of an existing furniture moving system. It reduces manufacturing costs and significantly simplifies assembly and commissioning for the customer. Integrated obstacle detection and absolute position The motor control has integrated obstacle detection, eliminating the need for external sensors. A cost-effective SSI absolute encoder enables precise position detection. The system can reliably control up to three pieces of furniture simultaneously. From prototype to series production The project encompassed the entire development process – from the concept phase to prototypes to a solution ready for series production. The control unit, firmware, cabling and mechanical interfaces were completely redesigned. Suitable assembly and testing devices were created for series production. Maximised customer benefit through system integration -Significant cost reduction through the elimination of external sensors and simplified cabling -Easy installation thanks to assembly-friendly design -Modular design for flexible adaptation to different applications

Cybersecurity
Industrial automation is becoming ever smarter – and thus more vulnerable to cyberattacks. Modern automation systems consist of a multitude of connected components. Unprotected interfaces, missing updates or insecure passwords are just a few of the gateways. The damage to industry caused by cyberattacks amounts to billions of euros. End-to-end security is therefore no longer an option – it is a necessity. Bosch Rexroth attaches particular importance to cybersecurity and implements the highest security standards in all its automation solutions. This enables companies to continuously guarantee secure and reliable manufacturing. The automation products from Bosch Rexroth meet the legal requirements, which are constantly increasing in number. As governments around the world are increasingly relying on stricter security regulations to counter increasing cyber threats. Companies have to address these requirements at an early stage to comply with the law and effectively secure their systems.

Digital Twin Application
The Digital Twin Application extends the benefits of your products. You use digital manuals, support technicians with animated maintenance instructions or optimize your spare parts business, to name just a few examples. A DTA offers more than visualization. It’s about digital integration, making complex things simple, accessible and available at all times. We bring your products into the digital space.

Drive technology from concept to certification
We combine proven standard products with customised, cost-optimised drive solutions – perfectly tailored to your requirements. From evaluation, design and validation to product certification and support. - Customised drive systems - System integration and optimisation - Prototypes and accompanying studies Project example (full story available in the download area): Antrimon developed a unique valve actuator for a global equipment manufacturer facing extreme operating conditions. The requirements were demanding: operation in ATEX and IECEx Zone 22, ambient temperatures from 5 to 50 °C, lifetime exceeding 10 million cycles, high continuous and acceleration torque at low speeds, minimal heat generation and maximum energy efficiency – all in a compact design with worldwide certifications (ATEX, IECEx, CE, UL). No such solution existed on the market. Antrimon’s answer was a fully customised brushless outer-rotor motor combined with a two-stage planetary gearbox. The design focused on delivering maximum torque at the lowest speed, exceptional robustness and reliability. With a maintenance-free concept – no brushes, no oil changes – the actuator is built for continuous heavy-duty operation. The entire process, from feasibility analysis and mechanical/electronic design to prototyping, extreme-condition validation, certification and series production, was handled in-house. The result: significantly lower energy consumption compared to pneumatic systems, extended maintenance intervals, improved process safety and full global compliance. This solution gives the customer a clear competitive edge in international plant engineering. Antrimon is the only provider worldwide able to deliver such a certified solution economically from concept to series production.
DTS+ Track System
The DTS+ track system incorporates key features of Hepco’s PRT track system and original DTS, combining them with a high load capacity connection for carriages to the drive belt. The carriages will not disengage from the belt, allowing transmission of higher driving forces compared to the original DTS conveyor system. Whilst the original DTS will often be the right choice for many applications, the DTS+ is suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment.

Edge protection for cables.
Reliably prevents abrasion of the cable sheath, extending cable service life Provides lasting protection against pressure points and cable insulation defects Designed for temperatures from -50°C to +105°C Can be split in two for installation on pre-connected cables Available in sizes from M16 to M63 Complies with EN 45545-2 HL3 and UL94 V0
