Fittings
We design pneumatic connection solutions tailored to any system configuration. Reliability, ease of assembly, and a perfect seal: with Metal Work fittings, every connection is under control. - Metal Work push-in fittings ensure fast, secure tube-to-actuator connections, reusable thousands of times without compromising pneumatic or mechanical sealing. The release system is quick and easy: pressing the sleeve opens the spring, freeing the tube. Available in many configurations for metric tubes (Ø 3–14) and inch tubes (Ø 1/8–1/2), with G, ISO 7-1 tapered, metric, and NPT threads. Some models feature patented screwdriver-release slots or asymmetric wall-mount rings. - Standard fittings Series A are the most common for rigid or removable pipe connections. Available in various shapes (elbows, sleeves, reducers, tees, crosses, flanges), they come in brass, steel, stainless steel, or plastic. Used in hydraulic, pneumatic, gas, and industrial systems, they ensure wide availability and interchangeability under ISO, DIN, and UNI standards. Sealants may be required for proper sealing. - Series B compression fittings with double ferrule (bicono) use two rings tightened by the nut to grip the tube and ensure sealing, without welding or threading. They are reusable, reliable at high pressures, and made of brass or stainless steel with possible anti-corrosion coatings. Applications include pneumatic and hydraulic systems, gas lines, and industrial instrumentation. - Series C push-in fittings allow quick connection of plastic tubes (PU, PE, PTFE, nylon) directly into the fitting, with a steel ring securing the tube and a seal ensuring tightness. Made of brass or technopolymer, they enable tool-free assembly and disassembly, ideal for flexible tubing. Widely used in pneumatic systems, compressed air, automation, and small fluid distribution. Not suitable for very high pressures or metal pipes. - Series D fittings in OT 58 brass, with maximum pressure of 261 psi / 1800 KPa / 18 bar.

For safety applications with cyber security
Functional safety in Industrial Ethernet is essential for the safe operation of industrial systems. The risk of accidents and failures can be minimised through the implementation of safety protocols, continuous monitoring and compliance with international standards. As a long-standing safety sensor specialist, Kübler is now expanding its safe Industrial Ethernet encoder platform with the latest SIL2 and SIL3 certified Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) protocol. The S58x8FSX encoder transmits up to 15 bits safe or up to 24 bits non-safe, as well as fully redundant multiturn information of 12 bits safe. Thanks to the platform architecture, this is realised in exactly the same design as the S58 PROFIsafe encoder. Updates can be carried out easily via FoE (File over EtherCAT) without the need for a web server. This simplifies the maintenance process considerably and ensures that the encoder always remains state-of-the-art. The Sendix encoder offers great benefits, particularly due to its high system availability. Equipped with cyber security and protection mechanisms against hacker attacks and misuse in accordance with IEC 62443, the encoder ensures a safe and reliable connection in safety-critical applications.

Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 -310-48-T1 is a stepper motor with integrated control system. The stepper motor combines a compact design with high torque and precise control of the motor shaft. The series-standard control system combined with item MotionSoftStepper software makes installation and commissioning easier. This solution serves as an interactive dashboard for manual operational data acquisition in quality control. Through a touchscreen display, workers can interact with the dashboard and make entries on the items inspected. If an item is without defects, the worker can log this by pressing the “OK” button. If an item is faulty, the error can be specified in more detail using the corresponding buttons. Based on this data, the dashboard provides your employees with an overview of their own and neighboring production lines. Thanks to the real-time visualization, they also see immediately if a certain error has become disproportionately frequent. This allows them to react quickly and optimize the corresponding production process immediately. All the data collected through the touchscreen is stored and persisted in a list in Peakboard Hub. This allows you to use the data not only for a real-time overview, but also for historical analysis. The long-term analysis can be performed either via this dashboard or using a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Click.
