Precision gear racks – optimize your choice!
STOBER offers precision gear racks in various lengths to ensure that you find the perfect solution for every design task – and is now adding a 2-meter version to the range. This can be seamlessly combined with the proven 0.5- and 1-meter versions to create individual, custom-fit solutions. Find the perfect gear rack for your application. Short and flexible – with twice the bores and maximum compatibility 0.5 meters and 1 meter – with double the number of bores Twice the number of bores with a spacing of just 62.5 millimeters ensures increased contact pressure and generally eliminates the need for pinning. However, if required, this option is still available. If every second bore is used, the gear racks are fully compatible with standard commercially available systems. Long and efficient – for maximum precision with long travel paths 2 meters – for long travel paths Perfect when it comes to efficiency and precision over long distances: fewer mounting points, minimal impact points and reduced pitch deviations. As usual, it is reliably fastened by the screws, while pinning is still possible as an option.

Reverse Engineering
No spare part. No drawing. What now? A familiar scenario: A critical component needs to be replaced – but the manufacturing drawing no longer exists. This is not uncommon, especially with older systems. The physical part is available, but 3D data, dimensions, and tolerances are missing. This is precisely where reverse engineering comes in. Together with Me-go AG – specialists in high-precision 3D scanning – we have established a clear process: from high-precision 3D scanning and digital reconstruction to a production-ready drawing. This combination of precise measurement technology and sound engineering expertise makes it possible to reliably bring even complex components back into the digital space.

Robotics meets rehabilitation
Robot-assisted gait therapy is revolutionising neurological rehabilitation by helping patients who have suffered a stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or other neurological disorders to relearn how to walk. An exoskeleton guides the leg movements precisely on a treadmill and adapts individually to stride length, speed, range of motion and level of support. The training is supplemented by visual feedback and playful elements that promote motivation and active participation. The combination of a high repetition rate, physiologically correct gait pattern and intensive therapy measurably increases the success of rehabilitation while reducing the workload on therapeutic staff. Progress can be objectively recorded, analysed and used to optimise therapy – a clear advantage over conventional methods. For such a system to function reliably, it requires intelligent electronics: precise motor controls, sensors for safety and feedback, and easy-to-use interfaces. This is exactly where Antrimon comes in. The company developed and manufactured central electronic components such as motor controller boards, pressure sensor integration, connection boxes for data and power transmission, and a display board including user guidance. Thanks to a high degree of vertical integration, experience in medical technology, and close cooperation with the customer, robust solutions suitable for series production were created that could be seamlessly integrated into the overall system. Robotics, sensor technology and intelligent control enable a form of therapy that is not only medically effective, but also efficient, motivating and sustainable. With its technology, Antrimon is making a decisive contribution to helping people with neurological impairments regain their mobility step by step – in the truest sense of the word: technology that moves.

Robotics systems
We offer modular delta robotic systems, available with different surfaces and designed according to FDA and EHEDG guidelines. These “pick & place” systems are individually adaptable and designed for maximum service life and high precision (at high speeds and very short cycles).

Safety Control SCP 211
Flexible safety is an important component of intelligent machine designs. S-DIAS Safety provides users with a lean and economical solution that ensures maximum reliability in safety-related applications (SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4). The SCP 211 safety controller from SIGMATEK now offers a master for the FSoE safety protocol (Safety over EtherCAT). Using the master functionality, FSoE slave devices from different manufacturers can be integrated into an S-DIAS safety application, where they are controlled and monitored safely. Data can be transferred via EtherCAT or VARAN. The SCP 211 can be configured as an FSoE master and the safety application projected in the LASAL SAFETYDesigner graphical tool. To do this, the ESI files of the FSoE slave devices are read in. For convenient creation of the safety-related application, the library contains over 50 PLCopen-based safety function blocks such as emergency stop, guard locking, , muting, two-hand control, interpolation, etc. The safety program is configured once with all possible optional modules and can then be combined as desired, i.e., there is one safety program for all expansion stages of a machine. In addition to the SCP 211, which is only 25 mm wide, the modular S-DIAS safety solution includes a wide range of safety I/O modules that enable customized safety applications. For users, the expansion of the SCP 211 with FSoE enables flexible and broad implementation of safety-related functions of cross-manufacturer safety components, for example with controls, motion, robotics, and AGVs. S-DIAS Safety can also be used as a stand-alone solution. It is therefore possible to simply expand existing systems with safety functions as required.

SB6 drive controllers
Are you looking for a powerful drive controller with excellent control performance? One that can be configured flexibly? For individual solutions? As a stand-alone device with an integrated power supply, it is primarily designed for drive-based motion tasks. The Ethernet-based EtherCAT® and PROFINET® fieldbus systems are available as firmware-based variants. With the CiA 402 or PROFIdrive® device profiles, the SB6 can be seamlessly integrated into drive controller- or controller-based motion solutions. SB6 is available as a single-axis controller in three sizes with a nominal output current of up to 32 A. It is suitable for machines with up to four axes and low to medium power. Both linear and rotational synchronous servo motors and Lean motors can be controlled. The drive controller can also be extended by the safety standards STO and SS1 via Fail Safe over EtherCAT (FSoE) and PROFIsafe® up to PL e, category 4 (EN 13849-1). An additional safety module for control via digital inputs and outputs is also available.
Screw-in humidity sensor for dew point monitoring
iST has designed a factory-calibrated humidity module specifically for continuous monitoring of low humidity levels below 10%RH. With the HYT939 K5-Module a fast and highly accurate RH/T measurement can be integrated directly into existing electronic control systems without the unnecessary cost of an auxiliary transmitter. The HYT939 K5 Module has a unique price-performance ratio and is suitable for condition monitoring in humidity sensitive environments such as ultra-dry air and compressed air supply systems, including medical grade compressors. It is ideal for the monitoring of inert atmosphere for lasers, semiconductor components or metal additive manufacturing as well as pneumatic systems, including precise robotic tools. A compact assembly with extension cable and screw-in housing makes gas tight mounting without any pressure loss a simple task. The standard HYT939 K5 humidity sensor assembly enables affordable dew point monitoring below -40°C Td and can be custom-calibrated upon request. The data sheet is attached. Sensorless speed and frequency monitor UH 6937
In addition to sensorless speed monitoring, the UH 6937 from Dold now also offers safe monitoring of the phase sequence resp. direction of rotation of motors with 3-phase AC voltages. If the motor does not move in the desired direction, the device switches off safely. The speed and frequency monitor UH 6937 of the SAFEMASTER S series is therefore perfect for applications where the correct direction of rotation is essential, such as in automation processes, compressors, machine tools and wind turbines. The direction of rotation monitoring fulfils PL d / Cat. 2 according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 2 according to EN 61508 while retaining the previous safety-related characteristic data PL e / Cat. 4 and SIL 3 for speed and frequency monitoring. The device can be operated in a user-friendly way via the four buttons on the front and the LC display, thus enabling simple and time-saving parameterisation - completely without a PC. Up to four operating modes are possible for different configurations of overfrequency, underfrequency, window range and direction of rotation. If the set parameterisation is violated, the frequency monitor switches off dangerous situations in a safety-oriented manner. The UH 6937 from Dold shows its benefits compared to frequency inverters with integrated safety functions when simplicity, flexibility and safety are required.
