EMES is expanding its machinery with a modern ultrasonic welding system from Telsonic. With this investment, we are adopting a forward-looking process for producing safe, durable cable connections – without solder, ferrules, or crimping. It marks another consistent step toward greater process reliability, efficiency, and consistent quality.

Why ultrasonic welding?

Ultrasonic welding joins metallic conductors such as stranded wires, cables, or terminals through high-frequency mechanical vibrations within milliseconds. Unlike traditional joining methods, the connection is created without any additional materials. The molecular bond is formed purely by pressure and friction.
