Linearmotors and torquemotors for dynamic and precision

Direct drives are electric drive systems that operate without mechanical transmission elements such as gears. They consist of linear motors and torque motors. Overall, direct drives offer efficiency, precision and are maintenance-free, which underlines their versatile use in various industrial applications. - Direct drives offer high positioning accuracy and repeatability with correct integration - Fast acceleration and high speeds enable dynamic and efficient processes - The absence of mechanical transmission elements reduces maintenance costs Linear motors generate linear motion and offer precise positioning. Their use ranges from machine tools to high-precision applications such as semiconductor production. Linear motor axes consist of a linear motor including guide and measuring system (Linear Encoder). They can therefore be integrated as a plug & play axis without major design effort. Torque motors convert electrical energy into torque (rotation). They have high polarity and therefore generate very high torques and rather low maximum speeds. Mechanical transmission elements such as gears or belts/chains can therefore be dispensed with. They are integrated directly into a machine or are used in complete rotary tables, which are already plug & play ready for use with a measuring system and ball/cross roller bearings.

    3. Liner Unit

      Liner Unit

The Liner Unit is a high-speed, high-power linear drive unit based on an adaptation of the cam mechanism. Powered by a servomotor, and featuring a new mechanism that rotates a screw-shaped cam, the Liner Unit travels along a linear rail, enabling high-speed, long-distance conveyance of heavy loads impossible with conventional mechanisms such as robots. Even in the long stroke specification that is difficult to cope with other devices, it can be easily used just by connecting the rail. In addition, since the drive rail and servo motor are placed on a coaxial platform, space saving is achieved and load balance is excellent.

    4. Loading Verification with ZetesMedea ImageID

      Loading Verification with ZetesMedea ImageID

Instant control at the dock door to guarantee correct shipments to your customers ZetesMedea loading verification solution speeds up loading processes and removes shipping errors with 100% accuracy. The automated solution is powered by Zetes patented ImageID machine vision technology. Camera gates positioned at the loading bay door capture images of every pallet / returnable asset prior to vehicle loading. It instantly decodes and verifies the pallet barcode label and triggers a go/no go signal for the loading operator. Images are stored in the ImageBank enabling time stamped proof of loading. You will see the following benefits when you have automated dock door control: > Faster and more efficient loading > 100% accuracy for improved service > Real-time verification for total peace of mind > A fully automated system that is easy to use > Visual time-stamped evidence of load and condition

    5. LOCC-Box // LOCC-Box M

      LOCC-Box // LOCC-Box M

LOCC-Box and LOCC-Box M in comparison The electronic overload and short circuit monitoring LOCC-Box meets the requirements for selective shutdown with high cable impedance and integration into the existing communication level. It stands for a new generation of Industry 4.0 technology. For safe wiring protection the switching of capacitive loads is optimal at all times. The system stores errors and thereby prevents the reoccurrence of the disturbance at the next switch-on. The error reporting with the LOCC-Box uses hardware or via Gateway to different field bus systems. Highlights LOCC-Box: - 8,1 × 107,4 × 116,0 mm (wxhxd) - 1- and 2-channel versions - “Activation” possible if service is required - Up to 50 setting options in one module - Integration into field bus systems - Bridges instead of wiring - Compact system construction, with different versions available - 5 different versions Highlights LOCC-Box M: - 87 x 8.1 x 92 mm (wxhxd) - 1-channel design - Direct connection of the consumers with + and - - One variant for all applications up to 8 A - Less space, fewer costs - Faster wiring through jumpered connections - 90 % and 100 % advanced fault indications - Push-In connection up to 2.5 mm² with ferrule - Single-channel or centralized fault signaling - Can be used in 12 V and 24 V DC control circuits

    6. Locking module ZRHC

      Locking module ZRHC

Control functions on safety door DOLD extends the safety switch and key transfer system SAFEMASTER STS by a further safety switch with guard lock. Up to three command and indication functions can be easily integrated into these. SAFEMASTER STS thus combines the advantages of safety switches, guard locks, key transfer and command functions in a single system. This meets the highest safety requirements up to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3. The integrated command and indication elements enable the simple integration of command, indication and emergency stop functions into both new and existing safety concepts. As a result, the SAFEMASTER STS system becomes a true control centre from which command functions, status displays, releases, main and maintenance entrances can be controlled. This means that control signals, such as emergency stop or acknowledgement of the safety guard, can be triggered directly at the access points of machines and systems. In addition to emergency stop buttons, illuminated pushbuttons as well as pushbuttons or selector switches are also available. Due to its very slim design, the robust and attractive fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) enclosure can be mounted on safety fences in a space-saving manner. The optional M23 plug connectors ensure fast commissioning and reduce wiring work to a minimum. The safety switch with guard lock is optionally available with auxiliary and emergency unlocking as well as with actuator of the medium coding stage.
