      Mains changeover switch

Standard-compliant switching with Kraus & Naimer mains changeover switches As part of a standardised emergency power supply, you can rely on emergency power changeover switches from Kraus & Naimer. These comply with the internationally applicable IEC 60947-6-1 and IEC 60947-3 standards for low-voltage switching devices. Emergency power supply To integrate an emergency power supply, a genset is always required that is switched with an "emergency power changeover switch" or MTSE (Manual Transfer Switch Equipment). If the grid is overloaded, whether due to weather phenomena such as extreme snowfall and storms or excessive energy demand on the grid, the power supply may fail. In this case, an adequately coordinated emergency power supply for the home or business offers an additional option for bridging the outage for a certain period of time. 4. Maintmaster IoT-Sensors

      Maintmaster IoT-Sensors

MaintMaster IoT sensors are designed to detect deviations long before failures occur. Sensors are not new technology. But connecting them to a maintenance system like MaintMaster is where the real value is created. Data from the sensors is fed directly into MaintMaster. There you can follow trends and set alarms for deviations. As soon as a deviation is detected, a work order is created on the right machine and sent to the right person. Our IoT sensors have many applications. You can use them to measure vibration, air pressure, temperature and humidity. This means that there are many machines that can be monitored with MaintMaster IoT sensors. Getting the data from the sensors and creating tasks from the sensor data can be of great benefit to your maintenance department. However, the greatest value is created in one of the following scenarios. Some assets require very frequent inspections. For example, when a failure would cause other expensive equipment to fail, or when an item can only operate under certain conditions, such as temperature or humidity. This is where our sensors really come into their own.

    5. Maintmaster KPI Manual

      Maintmaster KPI Manual

The main reason why KPIs are important in a maintenance department is that they allow managers to track progress towards specific goals and objectives. By setting clear, measurable targets and regularly monitoring progress, managers can ensure that the department is on track to meet its objectives. This can help drive continuous improvement as managers can identify areas that are performing well and those that need to be addressed. Our KPI manual is an excellent resource for maintenance managers who need help measuring their maintenance activities. The manual provides a comprehensive guide to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) commonly used in the maintenance industry. It includes a detailed explanation of each KPI along with best practices for tracking and measuring performance. This enables maintenance managers to accurately assess the effectiveness of their maintenance processes and make data-driven decisions to improve them. The KPIs in the manual are based on industry standards and are regularly updated to reflect the latest best practices. By using the KPIs in the KPI Manual, maintenance managers can gain valuable insight into their maintenance activities and make informed decisions to improve performance and achieve their goals.

    8. Master Data Analyzer - Track and trace system

Master Data Analyzer - Track and trace system

Digitization of goods for optimized logistics processes The Master Data Analyzer track-and-trace system captures the dimensions, the weight, and the bar code of objects in one step. Measuring automation light grids (MLG) enable measurements to be taken regardless of the object's reflective properties. This means that the Master Data Analyzer can be relied upon to deliver accurate measured data for objects packaged in foil in particular. It is not necessary to align objects. Measurements can be carried out in both directions. Data is send directly after an object has been detected. Measurements can even be interrupted. The Master Data Analyzer also impresses with its rugged design, simple and intuitive operation, and maintenance-free mechanism.

    9. Mastering the energy transition - wireless recording of electrical parameters

Mastering the energy transition - wireless recording of electrical parameters

As the energy transition has to be mastered to a large extent with existing systems, there is a need for technologies that can be retrofitted into systems as efficiently as possible. To achieve this, Camille Bauer's wireless technology was brought into the energy transition. The standard measuring devices of the SINEAX® AMx000, LINAX® PQx000, SINEAX® DM5000 and CENTRAX® CUx000 series are equipped with a data concentrator in addition to their function as a measuring instrument. This data concentrator connects almost automatically to the wireless sensors of the PME series and maps the low-voltage system at distribution level. The standard measuring devices can be mixed with their data concentrators as required and according to the use case. Thanks to the open connectivity, many connections to higher-level or parallel systems are possible (e.g. SCADA, BMS, ISO5000x energy management, energy monitoring, smart grid applications, power quality and energy monitoring, etc.). PME sensors of 25 x 4PN or 33 x 3P are possible per data concentrator. Up to 4 data concentrators in close proximity per system, i.e. up to 100 (4PN) / 132 (3P) outlets can be seamlessly recorded on the basis of Bluetooth technology.
