PANELCON Keystone Panel pass through connector
The LÜTZE PANELCON Keystone System, with a mounting size of PG 21, is designed for creating high-quality and industrial-grade connection points and service interfaces in control and operator panels. These modules come in a very compact design and a high protection rating of IP 69K. Thanks to a transparent hinged cover, the interface below is easily visible at a glance. The hinged cover can be securely locked with a lead seal at around 110°, providing unobstructed access to the interface. Keystone inserts are available with either straight or angled cable outlets. The angled version, where the cable exits sideways, offers the advantage of an installation depth of only 30 mm. This angled installation variant can be used in very flat panels as well. PFHE
The PFHE represents an economically attractive alternative for high-load applications in which high radial loads occur. The combination of special pre-stressed inclined roller bearings and a flanged output shaft in accordance with EN ISO 9409-1 gives the PFHE a very high load capacity. Thanks to the radial shaft seal that is used, this gearbox achieves protection class IP65 at the output side and can therefore also withstand adverse usage conditions

PFN-2000 Serie: Alternative PROFINET I/O lieferbar
As an automation specialist, you like to buy everything from a single source. But what do you do if the required products from the preferred manufacturer are not available on the announced date? Now at the latest it is time to look at alternatives. The PROFINET Remote I/O of the PFN-2000 series are ideally suited for PROFINET I/O applications in which, for example, a SIEMENS S7 or compatible PLC acts as the central control unit and in which further analog and digital signals have to be processed decentrally. The I/O modules correspond to Conformance Class B and RT Class 1 and are therefore particularly suitable for applications with cycle times in the >1ms range. The integrated switch with two Ethernet ports enables flexible cabling in different topologies. The I/O signals are conveniently applied via push-in terminals and the module is simply mounted on the DIN rail. The large input voltage range of 10-30VDC also copes well with wavy control cabinet voltage. The I/O offer ranges from the universal 8DI/8DO module to 10AI with individual channel configuration for mV, V, mA or T/C type J/K/T/etc. up to 4AO with 0-10V or 0/4-20mA output. The software integration of the PFN-2000 modules into the PROFINET project takes place as usual by importing the associated and supplied GSDML file into the engineering tool. The advantage of using a widespread and standardized technology such as PROFINET lies in the independence from individual brands or manufacturers.
