      In specific application areas with agressive media and high temperatures, standard elastomers like NBR, Viton® or EPDM cannot stand up to the requirements any more. Perfluorelastomers are top-class materials. They are extremely resistant against acids, amines, bases, ultra-pure de-ionized water, vapour, solvents and detergents. Even at high temperatures, seals made of Prolast-O® remain operational and therefore prolong the maintenance intervals and increase safety. KUBO produces seals made of FFPM/FFKM Prolast-O® for the highest requirements on its own premises in Effretikon, near Zurich.       Proportional precision pressure regulator SYNTRONIC Series

      The range of Metal Work Proportional precision pressure regulators now includes a new device: SYNTRONIC. The SYNTRONIC Series is characterized by the main body, made of technopolymer, which mounts interchangeable 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" bushings. It allows the achievement of a high flow rate in regulation (up to 2,800 Nl/min with 3/8" bushings). The electronic part - completely new - is contained in a protective technopolymer casing, just as is the easy-to-read 3-digit type display. Syntronic can be controlled remotely via a cable connection and M12x1 connector accepting commands in Volts or mA. The central part, made of aluminium, contains two rolling diaphragms which allow a high flow rate and excellent dynamic behaviour, thanks to the reduction of friction. Also for Syntronic the downstream pressure is relieved when the upstream pressure is set to zero; this allows, for example, to place the regulator between a valve and a cylinder because the air can flow in both directions: towards the cylinder with regulated pressure and back to the relieving valve.

No ladder programming is required when using I/O connections. Multiple I/O connections allow you to set different RPIs for status and control data, enabling Ethernet bandwidth optimization. Communication via an I/O connection provides guaranteed data delivery and enables the PAC to monitor for communication faults. SD card slot (SD card optional) is used for storing configuration files in the event of a disaster.       Due to various feedback from customers we have optimised our mask and can now present a version 2.0. It is available in white and night blue with a white pattern. The mask is washable at 60°C. The mask is used with insert membranes. These are basically for single use, but can be boiled (3-5min in boiling water) if desired. The mask is always delivered in a set. One set contains: - 1 cotton mask - 40 Insert membrane So you should have no problem getting by with 1 set for 40 days.
