The RACPRO1-4SP series are 4-channel electronic fuse (e-Fuse) load switches designed to provide independent overcurrent protection for each channel. They feature real-time current monitoring and LED status indicators to simplify diagnostics. Each channel operates independently, ensuring system reliability even when faults occur. The design includes sequential power-up to limit inrush current and reverse-sequence shutdown to prioritize essential loads. Adjustable overload modes allow flexible system configuration. These e-Fuses support 5A or 10A per channel, with a 150% power boost for up to 5s to handle temporary load surges. For short-duration overcurrent events, the device can sustain more than 150% overload for up to 120ms, reducing unnecessary tripping. Built to LPS installation standards, they offer high reliability with a >80,000h lifetime expectancy at 40°C. Installation is streamlined with tool-free push-in terminals and paired input/output connectors, making wiring and daisy-chaining across multiple modules quick and efficient.

Whether in rain, snow, strong wind, dust or extreme temperatures: the radar sensor detects objects accurately and reliably under all these conditions. This is ensured both by the robust radar technology and by the various operating modes with which the sensor can be adjusted precisely to the respective application, as well as the high resistance to shocks and vibrations.

Precise measurement results even under demanding conditions

The sealing of a moving shaft presents a special situation. In addition to the static sealing on one side of the seal, we have to seal the moving shaft. According to the installation, the sealing can be made radially or axially. The proper seals have to be deployed in this complex requirement. Possible seals range from simple shaft seals until compression loadable PTFE lip seals or mechanical seals.

The radio controlled safety system UH 6900 of the SAFEMASTER W series, consisting of one group controller and up to 255 group receivers for the safety-related, wireless transmission of emergency stop and control functions, offers more flexibility in safeguarding hazardous areas. High availability, long range and safety are achieved by implementing the latest radio technologies. With the group controller, several receivers can be safely switched off via a unidirectional, safetyrelated radio link. Furthermore, the controller can exchange message, control and status information with a receiving device. The devices enable the connection of up to 3 two-channel safety sensors (emergency stop, LC, safety door, two-hand etc.) and offer simple configuration as well as extensive evaluation and diagnostic options. The main areas of application include mobile applications such as fully automated floor conveyors and driverless transport systems. A simple and cost-effective retrofitting of existing safety systems can also be realized without wiring.
