      Transformers

Whether transformers, transductors, reactors or voltage stabilizers, air, water or oil-insulated, whether individual winding goods or complex transformer systems – J. Schneider has made a name for itself in all of these fields and is regarded throughout Europe as a specialist for demanding key technologies such as traffic engineering, regenerative energies or electromobility. Transformers of every size and Design: 100 to 10.000 VA, Power Transformers, Customised special Transformers, Starting Transformers, Transductors

    2. Treat compressed air

      Treat compressed air

The quality of the compressed air is consistently derived from the requirements of the application. Purity class, pressure dew point and particle load determine the design of drying, filtration and condensate management. Prematic AG dimensions treatment systems within its coordinated range so that there are neither unnecessary energy losses nor safety-relevant undersizing. Pressure losses, maintenance intervals and operating costs are already taken into account in the planning phase. Existing installations can be analysed and optimised in terms of efficiency, pressure drop and air quality. The aim is to achieve permanently stable air quality with calculable costs and high process reliability.

    3. TrolleyFlex Adapter

      TrolleyFlex Adapter

The ConTrax® TrolleyFlex Adapter by BÄR Automation is ideal for modernizing brownfield systems efficiently and flexibly - without high investment costs. It seamlessly integrates existing trolleys into automated transport systems. Functions such as height adjustment, flexible ball head coupling and the transport of trolleys with fixed castors optimize existing processes. The innovative coupling enables precise picking, omnidirectional pushing and moving, even on ramps. This significantly increases the efficiency of your logistics.

    4. Typenschild App

      Typenschild App

Revolutionise your motor procurement! Our self-developed nameplate app is an innovative solution that helps companies optimise their electric motor procurement process through digitalisation. It ensures energy-efficient maintenance of your drive systems and helps minimise unplanned downtime. With the nameplate app, the data of an old motor can be captured easily by taking a photo and converting it into a machine-readable format. Automated comparisons are then performed to identify the best replacement motor with an improved efficiency class. The app provides a list of suggestions that can be sorted by price, delivery time and energy efficiency.

    5. u-control M3000 & M4000

      u-control M3000 & M4000

As part of automation, more and more physical devices are being integrated into networks. This promotes the trend towards the convergence of IT and OT systems. The new modular control systems u-control M3000 and M4000 point the way to the future here. - Easy option for connecting additional function modules - Multicore technology for the independent installation of several runtime systems - M3000 with two CPU cores & M4000 with 4 CPU cores - Optional expansion with additional interfaces (fieldbuses, WiFi, LTE)

    6. uKonn-X – The digital solution for seamless electrical installation technology

uKonn-X – The digital solution for seamless electrical installation technology

At the heart of uKonn-X is a software solution that uses customer data such as electrical PDF circuit diagrams, etc., to create a bill of materials (BOM). The software then generates a clear, interactive 2D/3D view of the assembly or the entire machine. uKonn-X generates digital navigation maps, similar to Google Maps, where the BMK of the components used, such as sensors and actuators, fieldbus modules, and connectors, are the street names and house numbers. This system guides the user to their destination and allows them to see exactly where the electrical components are located and how they are correctly wired on their mobile device. SCAN Assembly department employees scan the components marked with QR codes using handheld scanners. Their positions are immediately displayed in the 2D layout view or in the 3D machine model. INSTALLATION The positioning of the components and the start and end points of the cable connections are visually highlighted. Even people who are unfamiliar with the location are guided intuitively and can reach the specified connection point without in-depth technical knowledge. DOCUMENTATION Once a task has been completed, the user confirms that the assembly has been carried out correctly, thereby triggering documentation in the program and enabling the next task in the assembly process to be carried out until completion. The production management team has live access to data on work progress and expected completion, as well as a readiness report.
