With the launch of the LSC system for switch cabinet wiring in 1972, switch cabinet manufacturers could for the first time save up to 25% more space than the conventional layout. Magnescale Co., Ltd., established in 1969 and parent company of Magnescale Europe GmbH, is a Japanese manufacturer of high precision measuring systems. The product range includes high precision linear and rotary encoder as well as digital gauges and displays. Magnescale products can be used for a wide range of applications: Digital gauges can be used in various applications like in production lines with multiple measurement points, connecting to Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Ethernet or RS232, but also for small measurements with a direct connection to PC using the USB port.
