Mechmine processes machine data from plants like vibrations. It combines and exploits advanced digital signal processing and machine learning/AI techniques. Since we partially rely on AI only, we do not need huge amounts of training data of defects. We operate our own testbenches to produce vibration data of defective bearings. Our algorithms can deal with data from very slow running machines and variable speed shafts also. Our retrofit mmBox hardware is more sensitive, sees further and wider than others and contains anomaly detection also. Our tool mmViewer offers unique trend charts, automatic diagnosis, Click & Run (automated monitoring & alarm threshold setting), is safe thanks to special system architecture, presents intuitive results and is user friendly (results and graphs interpretable by anyone). Finally, we are independent and transparent, have no affiliation to any third party.

Metal Work is an industrial group specialized in the design, production, and marketing of components for automation, with headquarters in Concesio, in the province of Brescia, Italy. The group currently consists of 59 companies located worldwide. Metal Work S.p.A., the parent company founded in 1967, has gradually but consistently expanded its production and commercial structure to become one of the most significant entities in the pneumatics for automation sector. It offers a product range across five lines: actuators, valves, air treatment units, fittings, and handling components. Since 2016, Metal Work has also been certified as Elite, a project by Borsa Italiana in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Confindustria, and ABI, designed to support the growth of SMEs. Sustainability has always been part of the company's culture. Sustainable practices from economic, social, and environmental perspectives are outlined in the recently published 2022 Sustainability Report.
