We are looking for a reliable and well-organized

Sales Administration & Order Processing Specialist (m/f) 100%

In this role, you act as a key link between customers, Sales, Production, Purchasing and Logistics. You ensure that quotations, orders, delivery schedules, order confirmations and export documents are processed accurately, completely and on time. Working consistently within our ERP system, you proactively resolve open issues and ensure our customers receive reliable information.

Your Responsibilities

▪ Maintain and update customer data in the ERP system

▪ Prepare and follow up quotations

▪ Communicate with customers by phone and email in German and English

▪ Process and verify customer orders

▪ Schedule orders and prepare order confirmations

▪ Coordinate closely with Production and Purchasing

▪ Prepare export documentation and organize shipments

▪ Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export requirements and applicable standards

▪ Handle complaints and returns as part of the RMA process

▪ Maintain import data and coordinate with internal departments and customers

Your Profile

▪ Commercial education with several years of experience in a Swiss SME

▪ Excellent ERP skills and a structured, process-oriented way of working

▪ Experience in export, customs procedures and international shipping is an advantage

▪ Technical understanding of an industrial environment is desirable

▪ Excellent German and English language skills

▪ Accurate, reliable and well-organized, even when managing a high workload

▪ Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

▪ Ability to coordinate effectively between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and customers while proactively managing priorities and open issues
